⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

hotel very near airport, around 10min, clean friendly service, good food breakfast. the pool is outdoor on the roof was on maintanance.

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

The hotel staff are very polite, patient and helpful. The hotel even provide free airport transfer for me on the day I checked out. I am very grateful and honor.

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

Average rating of service. Mosquitos was the biggest problem. Friendly staff. Was expecting a little more from a 4 star Hotel. Excellent location. Overall good but not great.

A very pleasant welcome by the professional team at the front desk. I had a nice room on 13th floor. I enjoyed a simple meal at the café. The fitness centre is good. 24/7 access with card. A short stay of 1 night and was very comfortable.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.
