First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

Love this hotel! Great location very close to subway station and ZhongsanLou with lots of dining choices. Room is great for families too! Very big, equipped with a mini kitchen with induction cooker, pans, utensils, a huge ref and microwave! Practically your home away from home. The breakfast also has lots of great choices! The only ”glitch” for me here is the super long wait in the elevator mid-morning due to many checkouts and breakfast rush. Fire escape stairwell is also locked so we couldnt go down, so we ended up taking the elevator up just to go down. But overall the staff are very helpful, and they even accomodated our extended checkout time.

The hotel was very close to the main walking street Zhongshanlu (1 min walk!), and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. A projector is available in the room, but you need to have a VIP account or Xiaomi phone to maximize the value of it. Free movies were also available, but dont expect a lot. As for the view, it was brilliant as the island was just there out of the window.

We were so impressed by the service of the hosts. The airport pick up & drop off were smooth and we didn’t need to wait long. The driver helped us to move all our luggages and even carried up some stairs to our room as my husband hurt his ankle. During drop-off to the airport, the driver came to us again to help carry our luggages down the stairs and to his van too. Appreciate it. We love this home stay so much and wished to stay longer rather than just one night to catch our next flight. The place was really clean and beds were very comfortable. Washing machine is available but no dryer so we didn’t get to use it. There’s a beach nearby, around 8-10 mins walk on foot. Just turn right when you reach the main road and walk across it. This place is perfect for a flight transit stay.

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. the scenery was gorgeous at night and in the morning,, definitely would recommend! front desk receptionist was also really helpful to us ! i bought taobao and both receptionist was very kind enough to help me find my parcel and the lady even helped me with the pick lockers because i was not a local so i did not know where it was. there are loads of food around the hotel as it was a 2-3 minutes walk away from zhongshan lu!! overall the stay in the hotel is very clean, and there was room service everyday so don’t need to worry if you make a mess. everything is provided as well and receptionist is also very kind enough to let us know about the scams that we have to be wary about! very informative and friendly personalities !! definitely recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a good hotel for an affordable price !

the hotel owner is very friendly. at first, I was scared because I was a woman and I was alone. however, the hotel owner was very friendly to me and offered a lot of help when I was confused. the hotel location is very close to fuzhou changle airport. I got free pick up and free drop off. very worth it for solo traveler who want to visit fuzhou.

We stayed here for 2 nights for participating Xiamen Marathron. The hotel location for this purpose is quite perfect as it's only a 5-min walking distance from/to starting/finishing line, and it's a huge plus for the race day as the roads were all closed (traffic control) and you've run for a 42K. There is a mall with quite a lot eating options on the opposite of the hotel. However, the service still gets room for the improvement - I called the hotel 2 days before check-in for the extra ice cubes and also confirmed this request upon check-in which was been confirmed that it would be delivered as instructed - Nope, it didn't happened. It's not a big deal, but a disappointment. Overall, i am satisified with my stay here and definately recommended for the marathron participators.
