The hotel gives you a homie and greener feeling because its design and looks are very homie. Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice. The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day. overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.

Nice ambiance, quite pack for breakfast place. But for the food it was complete enough. Nice for family stay and they have kids movie place.love it

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

This is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden). We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m). My kids rode horse. The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern).

We had a good 2 night stays at this hotel. We had conference at nearby IPB Convention center. So convenience. The staff was helpful. I will choose this hotel if I need to go there again.

Huoneita ja rakennuksia on melko vanha (rakennettu 80-luvulla), mutta ne on kunnossa. Huoneen varusteet kuitenkin voisivat käyttää päivitys nykyaikaisempiin, myös kuten rhe wc keula, kotelot, suihkutiilet, yö seisot, pöytä ja tuolit. Olin huoneessa, jossa on kuuma tubi, ja kuuma tubi on iso ja kaunis, mutta näyttää melko vanha ja täytyy uudistaa. Se oli iso huone, joten se tekee maksun, että maksoin oli hyvin arvokas. Auton pysäköinti ei ollut katettu, tulin sateessa, ja pesin vaatteeni, koska ei ole parannuskehystä, jota voin lainata, eikä ketään auttaa parannuskehystä. Raportoin vastaanottaja kanssa minun sukeltava märkä vaatteita, he vain pyydettiin anteeksi ja mitään ei tehdä, ei edes tarjota pyyhe kuivaa vaatteitani. Tämä oli suuri pettymys, koska se oli nototel, vieraanvaraisuus huomio olisi kiinnitettävä. Hotelli oli jonkinlainen vanha japanilainen koloniaalinen malli, joten avoin tyyli ja voit nauttia tuoretta ilmaa. Kun sää on kuuma, se voisi olla todella kuuma ja höyry. Se oli arvokas raha hotelli. Check-in oli erittäin miellyttävä ja nopea. Koska se oli suljettu alue, joka tuo rauhaa ja tuoretta ruokaa, se sijaitsee melko suljettu asuinyhdiste. Joten sinun täytyy mennä melko pieni kadulla päästä tänne ja ei muuta ravintolaa paitsi hotellissa. Kuitenkin se on lähellä Bogor raya golfkenttä ja ne tarjoavat pyörä retki, myös muita toimintoja. Pitäkää se ylhäällä, tulen varmasti takaisin jäämään, kun golfaa alueen ympäri tai lyhyt oleskelu perheen kanssa.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.
