My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel nestled in the high-tech district of Xi'an, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with standout staff like Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room was not only spacious but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

這家酒店令人驚喜，雖然深藏巷內，但從走進大堂開始就處處感受到老闆對細節的追求。本來定的影院大床房，沒窗户但佈景很有創意，配置了寬屏投影，適合小情侶看電影。因為帶了孩子，最後還是升級了房型，更寬敞，新中式極簡風超愛的👍✧٩（ˊωˋ*）و✧ ，自動語音控制， 最棒的是床品，從床墊到枕頭都超舒服，一晚睡得香不腰疼。工作人員的服務也很nice，大半夜還親自給送了孩子的拖鞋、牙刷牙膏超貼心。～ 體驗超出預料，強烈推薦哦！

VVieraskäyttäjäHad a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it.
The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

VVieraskäyttäjäHyvin lähellä kellotornia, pyöreän aukion maanalainen käytävä on aivan sen ulkopuolella, ja se on myös hyvin lähellä metroa. Sieltä on erittäin kätevä mennä minne tahansa. Lähistöllä on liikaa ruokapaikkoja. Varasin tämän paikan mennäkseni vesiputoukselle seuraavana aamuna. Tapaamispaikka on aivan sen vieressä, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Haluamani hiljainen huone ei ole pääkadulle päin. Yksi huono asia on, että ilmastointi ei pysty säätämään lämmintä ja kylmää ilmaa itse. Koska Xi'anissa on kuuma tänä vuodenaikana, keskusilmastointilaite käynnistää vain kylmän ilman, mikä on hieman liian kylmää, joten minun piti sammuttaa ilmastointi. Muut oleskelut ovat erittäin mukavia. Huoneessa on suoraan juomavettä, ja hissin sisäänkäynnillä on rajattomasti pullotettua vettä. Terrakottasotilaiden selitystä käytettiin myös sunnuntaina. Ihmisiä ei ollut paljon, 7 ihmistä, mikä oli myös hienoa!

VVieraskäyttäjäI stayed at Sheraton Xi’an North for a full week and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it extremely convenient for getting around Xi’an. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were top-class.
But what truly made the difference was the outstanding service — especially from concierge staff Xiao Han (小韩). He went above and beyond every single day, offering genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive assistance. Whether it was helping with transportation, giving detailed local tips, or assisting with last-minute arrangements, Xiao Han always handled everything with sincerity and professionalism. His extra-mile service really elevated my entire stay and made me feel well taken care of.
If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a hotel with both great hardware and exceptional people, Sheraton Xi’an North is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

AAz.IzWe chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car.
Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets.
The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life.
As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us.
We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing.
We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow.
Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

VVieraskäyttäjäA real gem in China! Friendly staff, who were very happy to help with tickets for attractions and shows, as well as provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well located for everything and for anything further afield, Xi'an's Didis are inexpensive and the drivers are generally super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were fine, everything is cooked to order, which we all liked as usual hotel buffets tend to be less fresh and hot. The hotel was quirky and interesting, and my children really enjoyed their time at the cat cafe. All in all, a fantastic stay in a comfortable, well appointed and very reasonably priced hotel.

VVieraskäyttäjäHonestly, we had a very pleasant stay at Xi'an. As a muslim traveller, staying at Campanile is the best choice we did. So easy to go to muslim street, and the road to hotel are safe even you are going back midnite(but for us, because out trip during winter, 11 o'clock consider midnite).
At the centre of Xi'an, easy to get didi, taxi or metro. Usually we just walking around to see the Xi'an daily life.
Hotel are very cozy, even though it's not a very big hotel but the environment are safe and peace. The staff also very helpful, especially front desk staff. Very good english, so we can discuss the things we need and asking about centre attraction nearby.
If you want a hotel with a grat view, maybe Campanile not the 1st choice, but we think we go travel because we want to explore the place, so Campanile are very good enough to make sure you had a very good bed to sleep.
For me, with the price, for sure it's worth every penny.
If we visit Xi'an again one fine day, we will stay at Campanile again! Thank you Campanile's Hotel for being my nice experience while in Xi'an.

MMYMind_Good vibe, clean, excellent service mind, all of staff are friendly and helpful (even you can speak a little bit Chinese or not)
But at day 3 my shopping bag(good quality one) that I spend money 2yuan for take my bakery back to hotel are disappear after clean the room of that day. A little bit disappointed 🥲 (don't know they throw away or keep it them self? But it's not just a normal plastic bag it's a cooler bag) please, don't stole any things from the room even it's just a little things or simple things.
But over all is really really good i love this place!!

JjoshsyxProbably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Facilities and amenities all top tier. You can tell this is a luxury hotel immediately when you walk up to the main entrance. Bed and bathroom both very comfortable and the breakfast situation was next level. Cici and the rest of the hotel staff all provided an excellent experience. Will definitely stay here again next time i visit Xi’An.

ZzuhdimIt was a really great stay. When i came, the receptions were not able to speak english so we used translator app. The check in process was fast. They even allowed me for early check in, bravo! First time visiting a hotel with no coffee but they have 2 selections of tea in a jar, how cool is that! It has a laundry room. Bed was comfy and the room was alot bigger than i thought. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores. When i check out the reception was not able to speak english again but well, only checking out. They also have designated room for luggage storage. Highly recommended!
