All quite good, but with too many small flaws. The pictures show so many little details, such as disturbingly misaligned things, poorly assembled or finished decoration elements, plainly broken or missing parts, dirty mirrors. The place needs adequate management capable to put the due attention to the details, because the price does not leave space for tolerance.

The service at the Club Lounge is so exceptional and attentive that it feels like being 'babysitted' in the most luxurious way! As we 3 sisters traveling together, we were blown away by how the staff anticipated our every need. Everything was flawlessly clean and organized, allowing us to truly relax. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel so completely looked after.” Really appreciated to ”Tiger”, hopefully gotten his name correctly.. the lounge manager that really a thump up!

Empire hotel in Tin Hau was a great experience for me, location is perfect, close to MTR station, close to shops (causeway Bay has loads of shopping centres) close to lots of nice restaurants. For my first time in HK, it really was a great experience and the hotel allowed me to feel relaxed. The service was good and the room was clean, shower was great and the hotel also provided soap and toothbrush. The view from.the room was really coolant allowed me to appreciate the beauty of the HK cityscape. Fully recommend for affordable luxury and comfort when travelling, thank you guys.

Säästä niin paljon kuin mahdollista. Huoneen ikkunat eivät aukea, ilmastointilaite on vanha, kanavoitu ja humisee. Jos laitat sen lämpimään, se on kostea. Rakennus on vanha, remontteja on tehty, mutta ei kaikissa huoneissa - sviittejä näyttää olevan kaikkialla. Mutta tällä kertaa saimme ylellisemmän huoneen. Mutta yleisesti ottaen se on hyvin normaalia Hongkongille (ottaen huomioon, että ei todellakaan ole mitään mistä valita - luteita on melkein kaikissa hotelleissa - brändin viileydestä riippumatta). Ravintolan ihmisillä ei ole ilmeitä ja palvelu on hyvin persoonatonta. Ruoka on todella huonoa! Jos hinta olisi vain muutama sata Hongkongin dollaria, se olisi ihan ok, mutta maksoin yli 2 000 Hongkongin dollaria huoneesta ja noin 600 Hongkongin dollaria ateriasta. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon while visiting Disneyland Hong Kong. We had a 2-day pass and knew we’d be out most of the time, so we picked somewhere more budget-friendly instead of staying at the Disney hotels. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was super handy (just book early because it fills up quick). When we missed it after staying for the fireworks, grabbing a taxi was easy and not too expensive. We also used the shuttle to Kowloon after checkout, which was a nice bonus. They upgraded us to a corner room and even gave us a complimentary cake, which was such a sweet touch. Breakfast was good with a nice ocean view too. The room’s a little dated but still clean, and there are a few spots and a small shop nearby which made things easy.

The whole experience was super nice. The room was big, beds are super comfortable. The filtered tap water is super eco friendly. Walking outside alongside the river bank is also a great experience. A41 bus which goes right outside Regal waterfront hotel to Hong Kong international airport is super easy and budget friendly

We were supposed to stay six nights at Nina Tsuen Wan hotel, then head for a 2-week trip in Yunnan. Unfortunately during my third day in Hong Kong, I broke my ankle in a hike and was hospitalized. We had to extend 15 nights of stay at Nina Tsuen Wan for my recovery after my discharge from the hospital. My husband explained our situation to the front desk staff Natalie. She went above and beyond to consider what I may need for my recovery and moved our room to a much better room on executive floor where I could have a quieter environment, bigger room for easy access of my wheelchair, larger bathroom with better facilities and hand shower. She was even so thoughtful to allocate a room with twin beds so that my husband won’t hurt my wound by accident, something that I have not even thought about. The housekeeper brought us a shower chair and extra pillows because I need to elevate my leg all the time after the surgery. Our room was perfect with an amazing panoramic view of Tsuen Wan and nearby districts. We are absolutely coming back soon. Thank you so much Nina hotel Tsuen Wan!!
