I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but I had a smooth check-in. You have to go to the office on the 10th floor, which was a little confusing, but the boss was very nice and accommodating! The room was really nice and had amenities such as bath bombs, toothbrush/paste, bathrobe, and some other little things! The bathtub was the highlight of my night. It was so nice to be able to watch TV and relax. However, there was some stray hair in the tub, which I didn't realize until after I started filling the tub up. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it as well because of how close it is to the railway station.

Well, it's still on renovation. So when you enter it, you only see a site on construction. Then you see the elevator who sometimes doesn't close. But the room was OK, it was warm, when freezing outside. Even if the room too needed some renovation. It's still a good stay, and I'm sure it'll be a great stay when the renovations will finally be over, as the neighborhood are really nice. And they accept to communicate with different app, wechat or alipay, which was nice of them, as we couldn't communicate via wechat.

Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Special shoutout to Yangyang, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 这是一家非常不错的酒店。它地理位置便利，紧邻哈尔滨主街。酒店很有魅力，装饰仿佛出自俄罗斯小说。房间干净舒适。房间不太干净，还有点烟味，我们请求换房，工作人员非常配合。我觉得我住宿中最棒的部分是酒店工作人员，每个人都很有礼貌、乐于助人且非常友好。这确实让我的体验更好了。特别感谢杨杨，她在整个逗留期间都非常友好和乐于助人。

Location is great, great view over Sophia Cathedral (they were extra friedly to give us a suite for my daugther to enjoy that view) very helpful staff at the reception, It's a large hotel, feeling positively ”Grand”... Rooms are quiet, well ventilated yet warm even in deep winter (important), a little aged in the corners here and there, but in good condition. Roomservice works very well. Breakfast could use some fresh, healthy ideas (i.e. fruit, variations of bread, ...), but friendly and helpful staff here, too! Please do not mistake this good Manhattan HOTEL for the not so inpiring and completely distinct Manhattan Appartment in the same building.

Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip.

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

I was super impressed with this hotel. We booked at the last minute (literally standing outside in -30 degree weather) when our other hotel cancelled on us and didn’t tell us. The Baroque rooms were very clean and comfortable with fantastic jacuzzis. The location was also great, we loved exploring the street it was located in. Staff were also very nice and friendly. Thank you!
