A little hard to find if check in at late night due to the public carpark barrier not working and the sign board wasn't so visible. Apart from this, price point is good and overall is spacious for one pax and clean environment. Breakfast has decent basic spread. Hotel reception and breakfast staff are friendly. Overall good for short simple stay. Ah tian was efficient to provide detailed instruction on various check in and to note matters which helps in speedy understanding.

Hotellin ympäristö on erittäin hyvä. Myös vastaanoton palvelu on erittäin innostunutta. Peruspalvelut ovat täydelliset ja puhtaat. Se sattuu olemaan lähellä. Verrattuna lähistöllä oleviin, hinta-laatusuhde on edelleen erittäin korkea. Huoneiden ympäristö näyttää suhteellisen mukavalta ja etäisyys on myös lyhyt. Nice location and very easy aaccess to the beach. The city is boring though with no night life.

Room is clean. Location is super strategic, walking distance to the customs. Staff is also very helpful - we ordered a lot of Taobao packages and they helped to search for them and even helped to call the deliveryman when our parcels couldn't be found. That itself is above and beyond their responsibilities. Thank you!

Yönäkymä on niin kaunis, ettei verhoja halua vetää eteen. Älykäs wc ja aromaterapialaite ovat superbonuksia. Suihkun jälkeen sohvalle käpertyminen ja projektorikuvan katselu on superparantavaa. Check-in: Arrived at noon and got the room right away. • Room Upgrade: Booked a Spaceship Room, upgraded to a Moon Room (8th floor). Odd-numbered rooms face the mountains. Service & Room Upgrade: We found a crack in the bathroom mirror on the first night, but the hotel resolved it quickly. They moved us to the 25th floor with another upgrade. This time we stayed in an even-numbered room, which faced the hotel grounds and Ocean Kingdom. The night view was absolutely spectacular! • Dining: Diverse breakfast options and a great seafood spread at Sailors restaurant for dinner. • Facilities: Reliable shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom/Chimelong Theatre. Very family-friendly!

This is a very clean and warmth hotel with well trained staffs. They’re efficient and placed great efforts to best accommodate their guests. The breakfast is filled with many delightful selections daily. And the sea view room has a spectacular panoramic view. Will come back to this delightful hotel with beautiful memories.

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Letting us to experience what the lake view is and how great is the hotel located. We have a great time with an enjoyable stay. Will come again, thanks
