Tämä hotelli on aarre rauhallisella paikalla! Huone on sisustettu yksinkertaiseen ja ylelliseen tyyliin, ja suurista lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista on upeat näkymät. Yönäkymä on niin kaunis, ettei verhoja halua vetää eteen. Älykäs wc ja aromaterapialaite ovat superbonuksia. Suihkun jälkeen sohvalle käpertyminen ja projektorikuvan katselu on superparantavaa. Liikekeskusta on alakerrassa, ja matkustaminen on superkätevää. Suosittelen lämpimästi laatua arvostaville ystäville!

Check-in: Arrived at noon and got the room right away. • Room Upgrade: Booked a Spaceship Room, upgraded to a Moon Room (8th floor). Odd-numbered rooms face the mountains. Service & Room Upgrade: We found a crack in the bathroom mirror on the first night, but the hotel resolved it quickly. They moved us to the 25th floor with another upgrade. This time we stayed in an even-numbered room, which faced the hotel grounds and Ocean Kingdom. The night view was absolutely spectacular! • Dining: Diverse breakfast options and a great seafood spread at Sailors restaurant for dinner. • Facilities: Reliable shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom/Chimelong Theatre. Very family-friendly!

Hotellin ympäristö on erittäin hyvä. Myös vastaanoton palvelu on erittäin innostunutta. Peruspalvelut ovat täydelliset ja puhtaat. Se sattuu olemaan lähellä. Verrattuna lähistöllä oleviin, hinta-laatusuhde on edelleen erittäin korkea. Huoneiden ympäristö näyttää suhteellisen mukavalta ja etäisyys on myös lyhyt. Olen varannut monta kertaa sen avaamisen jälkeen. Kokemus on erittäin hyvä. Tulen uudelleen ensi kerralla.

A little hard to find if check in at late night due to the public carpark barrier not working and the sign board wasn't so visible. Apart from this, price point is good and overall is spacious for one pax and clean environment. Breakfast has decent basic spread. Hotel reception and breakfast staff are friendly. Overall good for short simple stay. Ah tian was efficient to provide detailed instruction on various check in and to note matters which helps in speedy understanding.

Amazing location for a quiet, relax and recharge, it's not super close to the city center so bear that in mind. There is a spa and a wellness place closeby, a beach a short walk down the road, a 711 just next door, there is an onsite restaurant as well as another very nice restaurant just by the sea just behind the hotel (with stunning picturesque setting). The hotel staff were amazing, polite, friendly, always willing to help. If you don't speak Chinese don't worry, it will be no hassle at all. There is a complimentary 20min photo taking which you can book, the photographer (a lady - only lady photographer they have on roster I was told, so make sure to request her when you book photo session) took the photos and sent the photos within 30mins (even made photo enhancements for some photos free of charge), super professional photos even helped with suggesting poses, super relaxed and friendly. This might not be a good choice for families looking for a lot of onsite activities but i don't doubt it will definitely be relaxing place for families as well as a quiet base. Stayed in a seaview room (even though weather was cloudy) and will highly recommend. 10/10

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Wonderful stay in Delong M Hotel for the Dragon boat festival. Attention to the detail was great the room was very spacious and clean and the beach very close, able to swim made it a very pleasant weekend. The kids love it. And all the hotel staff was very kind.

so amazing and spectacular, very clean and comfortable, amenities were added provided like toothbrushes and waters. the hotel is very cute and there is a free laundry which is very convenient.

The hotel has an excellent location to the beach, the room I stayed in had such an amazing view. I would be happy to stay there again. I love hearing the sound of the ocean at night when I was sleeping. I didn’t realise my room had a projector as it wasn’t listed. This was a great addition to my trip. The breakfast provided is at the hotel’s restaurant is good. They also provide option for it to be delivered to your room. Additionally you can order food directly from the restaurant to your room which is convenient. The room supplies were good - free drinks in the mini bar which they replaced when used. The chair in my room was not so comfortable, so I contacted the staff and they were quick to change it. I was disappointed the bath tub would slowly drain all the water so I could not take a long bath. When I contacted the hotel staff they did inspect it but I found I continued to have the same issue. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend if you are looking to have a chill holiday by the sea. Thanks especially to Steven for assisting me with luggage when I arrived.
