Juien is our go to destination. We love the location. It is close to locations we frequent when in the area. We've never eaten there.

À mon arrivée le 03/10/2025 il n’y avait personne pour m’aider avec charriot et bagages jusqu’à la chambre 411.. Le lendemain j’avais trouvé une servante mince dans la chambre pendant l’heure de déjeuner. J’attendais que l’hôtel m’envoie le billet d’évaluation comme par tout , rien. Mon Roku est resté là-bas, mais sa télécommande est avec moi. J’attends la retrouvaille de mon petit Roku. Celestin kayumba Muleka

酒店位置還不錯，去downtown和學校比較方便。
房間寬敞整潔，但空調聲音有點響。
早餐品種不太多。

I’ve never been to a hotsl with no elevators. We helped a family with a stroller and 2 kids get down the stairs, plus my elderly friends parents. Who struggled to get up and down the stairs.

We loved our stay. We were nervous because previous reviews said the furniture and carpets needed replacement. Not true! The ambiance they are going for is a rustic cabin or fishing lodge. As far as I could tell, just one chair in each room is „distressed“ meaning the chair was new but had been beat up to make it look old. The breakfast was very good. I‘ve never seen croissants at a hotel breakfast before. We especially appreciated that the rooms were truly clean-no stray hairs or flecks of junk to try to ignore. I thought the beds were perfect while my husband said they were a little too firm.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe had booked this hotel for our boys team state baseball tournament. Overall good hotel, boys loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Waffles were the best part. Carpet looks newer. Just a couple things in our room 317-there was a sticky spot on carpet in between the 2 double beds that I kept forgetting about until I stepped in it. The room itself was clean and the bedspreads and room itself was updated to look more modern from the not so appeasing hotel pics I saw online. The canvas paintings above the bed were beautiful and modern. The bathroom doesn't have a vent & is smaller. The tub wasn't overly clean. Almost seems like the maintenance rolled a type of white paint over the floor of the tub that is starting to fade. The shower curtain had a few spots on it--but I've never been a fan of hotels with these cloth shower curtains that are used for everyone and probably rarely get removed and washed. The faucet in the bathroom sink had no pressure--just like 4 sprays of water-made it hard to brush your teeth. It's probably something that the maintenance man could fix but I wasn't there long enough to ask about it.
The hotel staff came in every day to remove our old towels on the floor and replaced very neatly with new towels. They removed the garbage. It was nice to come back to the hotel to this cleanliness from the hotel staff.
Overall it was a good stay. They even had a washer and dryer (bring quarters) to do a load of the teams uniforms for the 3rd day of tournament.

After turning the AC off to get to a more livable temperature, I noticed that the chair by the window reeked of stale cigarette smoke. As long as the fan was always running and the temperature setting was cold, the smell was not noticeable; but hardly hospitable. The center of the bed sagged a bit; it might be due to the lack of proper bed support under the mattress. Plentiful hangers came in handy. Showers were very nice; lots of hot water and good pressure. I can't review the breakfast or facilities because I did not partake of either one. These problems can be quickly rectified; but I should not have to ask. They should have been observed by hotel staff and reported for correction.
Housekeeping service showed up at 8:45 on the first day of a 3 day stay to clean the room but I was still sleeping. I didn't realize that I _HAD_ to put out a Do Not Disturb placard to keep them from waking me up. I thought they would be able to tell that I was still in the room with their housekeeping key. They did not return later that day to perform their tidy up routine.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe staff was absolutely amazing. They helped me get checked in earlier than expected. My phone had died and they had lent me a charger so I could finish downloading the app. One of the ladies (August) was super sweet to my 6 year old son. Got him set up with cartoons and some toys while I was trying to figure things out. I wish I had paid attention to their names better. The free breakfast is one of the best ones I’ve seen. The room was amazing. Only complaint is there was a taco bell cup that was full in the room still. Over all I am highly satisfied and will stay again if I need a hotel.

VVieraskäyttäjäGood location in the downtown, near restaurants, bars, waterfront parks and other attractions. Reasonable pricing. Easy booking. Very nice bed, bedding, shower & sprayer, bath tub, toliet and bathroom well stocked with supplies. Kureg Coffee Maker & coffee and botted water supplied. The rooftop level has large indoor bar, tables and couches. There is also a large outdoor area with tables and seating. Both indoor and outdoor areas on rooftop were packed on the Sat evening in mid-May when I stayed there.
