Bardzo miła obsługa i nie robiąca jakichkolwiek problemów z niczym. Począwszy od recepcji przez panie sprzątające a skończywszy na restauracji wszystko super. Wszystko ogarniają a przy tym są niewidoczni więc czujesz się jak u siebie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Kuchnia pyszna, a śniadania po 4 dniach nam się znudziły ale jak to śniadania w hotelu..

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Hotel przyjemny, smaczne śniadania, czysto. Niestety trafiliśmy na imprezę w sali bankietowej, nie dało się spać do 3 nad ranem :(

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

Powiedźmy że wszystko ok chociaż po 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu spodziewałbym się ciut więcej

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden ihan kelpo. Positiivisten asioiden osalta huoneet ovat ihan hyviä. Uima-allas/sauna ovat hyvät. Olen käynyt hotelleissa, joissa on uima-altaita, jotka muistuttavat enemmän lastenaltaita, mutta tässä pystyi oikeasti uimaan pitkiä aikoja. Se oli täynnä illalla (kello 17-20), mutta aamulla oli aivan tyhjää, joten pystyin nauttimaan mukavasta rentouttavasta uinnista. Vastaanotto oli mukava ja avulias. Aamiainen oli ihan kelvollinen, vaikkakin mielestäni hieman kallis. Suurin haittapuoli Krakovan-vierailijalle on se, että hotelli sijaitsee keskellä ei mitään. Keskustaan kestää noin 20 minuuttia taksilla. Hotellin ulkopuolella on bussipysäkki, mutta ainoat siellä pysähtyvät bussit eivät mene keskustaan, joten tarvitaan jatkoyhteys. Lähimpään pieneen supermarkettiin on noin 7/8 minuutin kävelymatka ja suureen ostoskeskukseen on 15 minuutin kävelymatka. Yövyin täällä työmatkani vuoksi, joten olin tyytyväinen. Ensikertalaisille kaupungissa vierailijoille olisi parempi löytää hotelli läheltä keskustaa/paremmin yhteydessä siihen.

L’albergo è in una posizione comoda dove poter raggiungere a piedi sia il Castello che il centro storico passando lungo il fiume . La struttura è pulita e con tutti in confort, l’unica cosa da considerare è che non vi è possibilità di relax al suo interno visto che è un albergo preferito dalle famiglie con minimo 3 figli , gli ambienti come il ristorante, bar, ed altro non sono separati da nulla quindi se un bambino urla , urla per tutti , non parliamo della piscina dove l’eco delle urla fanno da contorno alla nuotata , spa fa non considerare . Peccato . Nel prossimo pernottamento escluderemo la catena Novotel .

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town. Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip. Usually we do not have space for this kind of cosmetics so it is helpful when you get it in the hotel.
