This is amazing hotel and the location is very near and it’s walkable distance to beach and I rate this full as the environment and hotel rooms are good reception ppls are helpful they speak English and when you walk down you will find bhc restaurant you must try this restaurant for sure

The hotel is very clean and accessible. Room is also very spacious. Its near to the black pork street and some shopping areas! Indoor parking is free but limited. There’s free outdoor parking near the hotel too. Near Jeju airport too, would recommend!!

This is my 2nd time staying here at Bolton hotel and I was able to book the same exact room. The bed is so soft and the shower is so hot. The view looks great. The area is near many thing within walking distance. Level floor has KFC next door. It was delicious. Free parking is great. Please liste. To the attendant for instructions as it's a auto storage parking type. The lobby is great hang out and you can leave luggage there for early arrivals and after checkout. I asked for a wine bottle opener and they had one right away. The pictures I took look exactly like their pictures. I will try to stay here again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.

Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

The hotel is on the outskirts of town and it is difficult to get a taxi during certain times of the day.
The pool is closed after August eventhough this is not stated anywhere on their booking information.
Eventhough there was two of us in a room, they only gave us one big towel, even when we would go and get one from reception, the cleaners would take it away the next day.
I think this hotel is okay if you have a car but not what we had in mind really.

Pretty much self contained resort. I had a rented car, but ended up not going anywhere and stayed the whole time in resort. There are lots of restaurants in the premises, that I have found sufficient. Also there’s a small theme park, where we went at the best time of the year! There was literally no queue whatsoever. Loved it!

Staff were friendly, amenities were excellent. However there were some days we could not park our vehicles in the basement carpark and had to park at the open space area when it was raining.

Very good location. There is a direct bus (600) from the airport to the hotel, alight at Saetgijeong Park, the ride is about 1hr 45mins. Hotel staff speak good English and are always helpful. Olle market is just a 10-min walk. And there is a CU reattached to the hotel. Will definitely be back to hotel on my next visit!

The hotel was very luxarious, the pool was warm altouth it was pretty cold outside, not to mention the pools' showers felt like luxarious spa. The food was nice and we had pretty large variaty of resturants and caffes at the hotel. We also got a cake from the room service and it was very nice.
The only down side is that the regular room is pretty small, but we still had great time their.
KKesavan (K7)I stayed one night at Jeju Ollero, but it felt like three days of pure relaxation. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic promenade.
The lounge window offers stunning views of the calm, deep-blue ocean, and the coffee shop next door was the perfect spot to soak in the ambience. Even more interesting for me as a royalist was to be greeted by Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia. 🥰
Mr. Yun and his family were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed me a late checkout at a small cost. I highly recommend this homestay and will definitely return on my next visit to Jeju.

2~3명으로 가시는 것보다, 여기는 많이 와야할거 같습니다.
그리거고 숙소 배정(위치)는 별도로 요청해여할거 같습니다.
저는 사람들 있는 동이랑 많이 떨어져서, 주변에 아무도 없고, 불도 안켜져있고..좀 을씨년 스러웠습니다.
그 외에는 침구류랑 수건류 청결해서 좋았습니다.
다음에는 대가족이랑 올때나 한번 이용할거 같습니다.

The location of the hotel was good. The balcony was small, but it was still big enough to enjoy breakfast during warm weather, and the view was very beautiful.
However, I should mention something for people who are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping. The hotel is close to the airport, which makes transportation very convenient, but you may hear airplanes at night while sleeping.
There is also a large square in front of the hotel where people walk, ride bicycles, walk their pets, and sometimes gather to sing songs together. It’s actually a nice and lively activity, but again, people who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind. Personally, I am not very sensitive to noise, so although I heard the sounds, I was still able to sleep comfortably.
Since we were traveling with a baby and using a stroller, the room felt a bit small for us, so I wanted to mention that as well. Overall, the room was clean. However, the hotel no longer provides the complimentary personal care kits (like toothbrush and toothpaste) that used to be common in hotels, so it’s better to bring your own. The shampoo provided was also not very good and there was no separate conditioner, so I ended up buying my own.
On the positive side, there are markets right behind and next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The gym was quite small, probably suitable for about five people.
There was also a parking issue. The hotel’s own parking area is very small for such a large hotel, so we were directed to park on the street in front of the hotel. It was free, but it may still be inconvenient for families with children.
The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäDo not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.
Tthe solo traveler 3the service was great. check in and check out were both smooth and fast. most guests were families with small children, but no problems in terms of noises or any disturbances. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the only thing that was a huge letdown was the view from the room. it was mostly obstructed by the building entrance’s facade, there was little view to enjoy.
