The hotel staff provided excellent service, but the room’s cleanliness was disappointing. The toilet had an unpleasant smell when I first entered, and there was trash left under the bed from previous guests. These issues affected the overall impression of the room and made the stay far less comfortable despite the good service. With better housekeeping, this hotel could provide a much more enjoyable experience.

The hotel is close to the pier, so you don’t need to go anywhere from there. The hotel has different kinds of rooms, we stayed in a sea view villa which had a nice view. However I didn’t like the interior and the bathroom. Bathroom has a window in the roof which is not covered and geckos and insects can come in without any difficulty. When you finish taking a shower, water stays on the floor for a very long time. The hotel has sunbeds and it’s nice that you can have a rest in front of your villa, that’s what I liked the most. Breakfast is limited in food choices: eggs, rice, vegetables, noodles, toasts and fruits - everyday it is the same, quite boring. There is almost nothing around the hotel, even if you want to buy some water after 23:00 you can’t do it. The nearest hotel is closed, the reception of this hotel is closed too. A walk to the closest shop is 20 minutes by the beach

It's too bad I couldn't read reviews about this place in low season. I was not so much confused by the rains, which fell for 70% of our vacation, as the color of the water in the sea. It is dirty, yellow-green in color. In general, the hotel is good. The territory is very beautiful. Very clean and well-kept. There are not enough personal hygiene products in the room. A restaurant with delicious dishes! Foreign cooks work, which was very surprising. I would return to this place, but in high season.

We stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience. Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴 The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles. Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there. Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it. I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions. I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️ There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels. Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand). What about attractions? The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen. At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue. During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process. Our final review. Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.

From lush greenery to ocean horizons it’s a lovely place to relax. It’s my second time and now alone but i enjoyed it more. Highly recommended for couples, families and friends. Good food and friendly staff that greets you with a smile. I would definitely come back again! 😍

We loved our stay at Sara Resort, from getting picked up from the pier to the free welcome drink. The little things really matter! Our room was spotless, comfortable bed as well. Food was decent, free breakfast menu was extensive and lots to choose from! There was a fire show and fireworks when we were there which was great fun. The staff were amazing, they work so so so hard so please be kind to them. You see them work really late and straight back at the breakfast duty from 7am. Hats off to all the team! The pool was lovely and it’s also located right on the beach. There is also a BBQ which was yummy! Perfect!!! Just wish we stayed longer. ☺️ Only downside, our rooms TV was removed and the power cut out a lot but was put straight back on!

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and great support during our honeymoon. The room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

Nice hotel. They let me check in easily and fastly. Room is nice and have great views. The complex have 3 buildings and I get room at top floor. Elevator can be a bit slaw to go there but the view is perfect.

I booked a connecting room for 2 nights. The room is a bit different feeling from seeing in the image but it’s ok, the fridge is not working and there are small cockroaches in the room. I did leave the tag for room cleaning but there is no one come to clean my room which is a bit disappointing. The breakfast is ok as well and location is nice which is close to the beach as we can walk with a small path from the hotel. The staffs are friendly and have big parking spaces.
