Hotelli on suhteellisen keskinkertainen. Puhutaanpa ensin sijainnista, tämä hotelli on todellakin Länsi-Lontoossa, mutta se ei ole päätien varrella sisäkatu Kävelykadulle kestää tuhat metriä, ja hotellihuoneita on todella paljon pääkadulla, joten se ei ole kovin suuri. I recently stayed at Denham Grove Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was modern and nicely appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were truly lovely and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, which adds a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some minor issues, I'd recommend this hotel for a short, relaxing stay

Sijainti on erinomainen, vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä London Bridgeltä ja monien nähtävyyksien ympäröimä. On myös monia supermarketteja ja on erittäin kätevää ostaa kaikenlaisia tarvikkeita. We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.
Wasn’t too bad for the price I paid especially since I booked it on the day. Amenities were all there. The room was really small but nothing I didn’t expect. The bathroom was really tight but can’t complain. Had a view of London from my room which was nice. No air con so when I walked in it was really hot but leaving the window open the entire time helped massively. The window was broken though so I had to place a spoon to keep it open the entire time but worked out quite well for me.
During my recent stay at The Novotel on the outskirts of London, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel excelled in several areas, making it a delightful getaway.

Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired.

Our stay at Novotel was nothing short of wonderful. With its pristine cleanliness, outstanding service, and ideal location, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Firstly the roof terrace, if you wish to use this, make sure to check it is available before you book. It was booked for private events all weekend so I was unable to enjoy the view that I originally picked the hotel with the idea of dinner over the London skyline. Disappointing and not made clear on apps or their website. Sooo, I paid for superior king room and was put in a disabled room with filthy yellow stained shower curtain and filthy shower seat (what if an actual disabled person had required this room..?!) the bedroom floor had visible crumbs. The TV remote was broken and TV glitched when moving channels, consistent message error when trying to connect phone/Netflix on TV. Broken lamp that fell to pieces when I went to turn it on, exposed wires so I unplugged it. The ”little shop” in the foyer charging £3.90 for one can of coke is mental. Long queue at check in and not much organisation in terms of where to stand and wait. Guy on the door grumpiest guy I'd met all weekend, no smile for me on arrival or leaving. The outside courtyard area could be literally covered for smokers or people wishing to sit outside and moving between my room and hotel and spa without being rained on. Plenty of people walking through restaurants in their robes straight from the spa was a bit weird. I liked the restaurant food and waiting staff were really nice especially Kathleen. Her sweet personality and kind attentive nature made a positive difference to my stay. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with this place considering the cost and other options available, despite being located in the city good for tourists, but I am a Londoner back home for a wedding, so I was quite disappointed with this place. Also felt the pool sauna etc are far too small for the size of the hotel. It got very busy very quick, men being excessively loud and couples in the hot tub. It wasn't very relaxing unfortunately. I would use Trip again but not to book this hotel. Luckily I have been given a small partial refund for my stay from Trip who helped settle my issues with hotel.
We booked an ”Executive Double Room with River View” with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds. Later, the hotel assigned us another room with river view. The view was very beautiful. We could see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, and there was a big sky, which was pleasing to the eyes. In addition, there was a bus stop near the hotel, which was very convenient. This was a very good London travel experience.
Hotel location extremely perfect with good proximity to attractions. Very close to the train stations which makes is great, surrounded by food restaurant with options to pick from. However, the 2nd bed was not made until we came had to call and cleaners walked in on us without knocking was very bad as we could be dressing up without any notice. Pool was lovely with the sauna. Front staff were very polite as well. Overall great experience
I recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-night visit while travelling to London for medical treatment. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a gym and steam room, which I needed to support my recovery.
Unfortunately, these facilities were completely out of service on arrival, and at no point before or during booking was I informed that they were unavailable. This was extremely disappointing given that these facilities were the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Prior to booking, I had also explained that I have several allergies and requested that something I brought with me be heated up upon arrival. When I asked at reception, the young gentleman was unsure and checked with a colleague, whom I assume was his line manager. Despite the fact that the item could’ve been baby food and that my allergies were noted on my booking, the response was dismissive, and no questions or context were asked, the female receptionist didn’t even look up from the screen as she answered. I fully appreciate the importance of avoiding cross-contamination in hotel kitchens, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the situation felt unnecessarily unhelpful.
When I raised the issue regarding the closed facilities, the hotel did not provide any solution or meaningful support, and they also failed to respond to Trip.com for more than 24 hours, even though we were due to check out the next morning. This lack of communication made the situation more frustrating and felt very unprofessional.
To their credit, Trip.com stepped in where the hotel didn’t and resolved the issue the best way they could. However, the hotel’s customer service and failure to provide advertised amenities fell well below expectations for a Radisson-branded property.
The room itself was clean, house keeping staff very helpful and attentiveand the location is convenient for Heathrow, but the lack of advertised facilities and the unresponsiveness left a poor impression overall.
I hope the hotel improves their communication and ensures that major facilities shown in listings are actually available to guests, and that staff take more care when dealing with guests who have specific health or dietary needs.

Ccasey oHad a lovely stay, comfortable beds and quiet floor and the staff were great. However, unfortunately there was no hot water at all due to there being a building work issue and my much needed shower after working in a hot kitchen all day was quite rushed and unpleasant. My husband also had his shirt stained by a member of the kitchen staff slashing food on him at the breakfast buffet. Even though these issues were resolved and dealt with accordingly, it's worth the mention
