So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower.
On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

Fabulous place! For the price point I was concerned this would be disappointing but it was the complete opposite and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Absolutely perfect for our purposes, close to Newbury for dinner and exploring, and a great place to go back to at night (the £15 cost of a cab was well within our budget).
Breakfast was very tasty and organised with a well stocked selection and nice atmosphere. We used the pool and sauna in the morning after checkout which was clean and very welcoming.
My ONLY gripe was that check-in was a little rushed and felt a little like a conveyor belt, we had been stuck in traffic and a warmer welcome would have been appreciated.
Overall though, a great experience. Well done to the whole team!

Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station.
The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception.
Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

The hotel room was really spacious, large and with a modern decor. Everything was clean and fresh.
However, where the hotel lets itself down straight away is the reception area. When you arrive, you are required to check in via several monitors in the front which do not work and do not let you progress with the check in past a certain stage. We tried several times before approaching the reception desk which was located further back and clearly intended as the last resort. That is also was it felt like as the greeting consisted of’ Does it not work?’ No, obviously not. Even with the lacklustre support we still had to enter our details again several times until the lady realised enough was enough and finally took action herself. Once we got to the room we ordered room service via a very well thought out online system that was straightforward and worked well. What did not work well again was the service. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived if came without condiments and other essentials. If the staff would be trained better regarding customer service , this hotel could be a much better experience.

Well, I can't knock the hotel itself location perfect, The rooms are really nice. People are really nice, but for amenities, the swimming pool was cold. It had a sauner that wasn't really hot. The steam room was okay. I didn't use the gym very empty and quite chilly,
And Just be careful if you get the top floor rooms as there is a massive 5G tower right outside the window on the right hand side of building, which will affect your sleep I did ours until we see why tje next day, we had to change rooms for a lower floor, not same view from windon as top floor but a good nights sleep, no idea why a hotel would put a huge 5G microwave tower on its roof but there you go.

Kun pyydettiin hiljaista huonetta, koska olimme 11 kuukautta vanha kanssamme, meitä asetettiin suoraan yläpuolelle toimintohuone häämatkalle ja kun testattiin äänen järjestelmää, lattia alla on parannettu ja ääni oli hullu.
Siirrettiin huoneita alkuperäisestä Manor Housesta pyydämme ja mahdollisimman kauas huoneessa kaikki tilaukset tarjotaan pienempi kuin alkuperäinen huone, kolmas kerros ja ei hissi vauvaa lukossa ja paljon matkatavaroita. Huone oli myös kestämätön lämmin ja hullu anturi/valo kylpyhuoneessa säilytti poikamme (ja he meitä) koko yön.
En ole varma, suositeltavaa jäädä tänne.

KKuri ChanABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

Breakfast is very limited. Also we choose quite table far away from people and ended up in the situation that hotel organised a big table for a big noisy family very close to us. Normally when you know that you have a family with 8 more members you have to prepare a table before that allows other guest not to find themselves in this situation.
And what is the worst part: check-out. We had international transatlantic flight after check out ant needed only 6 hours more. We were refused to have late check out. EVEN for money. Later I saw that where were a lot of rooms available for this date. They just kicked us out.
Have 300+ hotels in my list and the very first time see such inappropriate behaviour.
