It’s a very great resort and people out there is very kind. The restaurant Skybar has a beautiful seaside view. Johanny is very nice and kind to help us check in. Something went wrong with the air conditioner but they help change another room. Very great.

My first order with room service ended in a shocking experience — the delivery staff stole money from me. I immediately informed guest services, who said they would contact security, but no one ever followed up with me about this terrible situation. Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired.
The beach experience was equally disappointing. You can’t enjoy the shoreline without being harassed by vendors trying to sell you everything imaginable. Walking on the sidewalk is nearly impossible due to the number of trucks, golf carts, and scooters used by workers. On top of that, the seaweed problem is out of control — piles and piles of it make the beach completely unenjoyable.
Overall, I will never stay at this resort again.
My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great.
The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way.
My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile.
But overall a wonderful stay.
Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.
Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.
The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!
My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price.
Большая и красивая территория резорта. Нас впечатлило большое количество цветов и зелени.
На территории много персонала и охраны, это создавало ощущение безопасности. Весь персонал очень вежливый и взаимопомощный: наш консьерж очень быстро реагировал на любые просьбы и вопросы, а на стойке регистрации нам помогли пройти быстрый чек-ин в приложении резорта. Хотя само приложение вызывало у меня сложности в использовании.
На территории резорта есть маленький магазин, где мы могли покупать напитки, закуски, фрукты и овощи. Здесь очень вкусные фрукты и особенно, манго. Однако за всю неделю проживания нам удалось купить манго только один раз. В остальные дни их быстро разбирали.
Еда в ресторане была очень вкусной, мы были оч довольны, кроме последнего ужина, когда нам принесли 2 пересоленных вторых блюда. Пересолили дораду, курицу и гарнир к ним. Администрация ресторана утверждала, что блюда нормальные по соли, пока я не попросила их попробовать. Нам сделали скидку 30% , но это не спасло испорченное настроение.
Удивило, что здесь хорошо работает американский Uber и нам было легко заказывать такси.
В наших апартаментах было чисто и уютно, но сильно пахло плесенью из ящиков кухни ( вероятно от высокой влажности с океана). Поэтому мы ею не пользовались и кушали в ресторане.
В целом осталось отличное впечатление об этом курорте, океане, ярком солнечном небе и радующихся жизни людях. При возможности, вернемся сюда еще раз!

VVieraskäyttäjäO espaço do hotel em si é muito bonito e aconchegante, porém , o que nos decepcionou foi o atendimento, grande parte dos funcionários impacientes e nada solícitos , um dos funcionários do sport bar chegou a xingar a gente em espanhol achando que não entendemos, e isso somente porque ainda não tínhamos escolhido o lanche que queríamos. Outra coisa que nos pegou de surpresa e nos deixou chateados foi a disponibilização dos restaurantes, praticamente TODOS fechados , na descrição do hotel consta com várias opções mas, somente funcionou o italiano , o dominicano e o japonês, assim causando lotação , e conseguimos somente agendar um jantar no italiano, e nos reatando no outro dia o buffet geral, que mesmo sendo grande, havia poucas opções e variações de comida. A culinária é diferente , a carne é diferente , mas isso ao nosso paladar. Havia solicitado ao hotel com antecedência , uma arrumação diferente ou algo especial pois estava em lua de mel, e o mesmo se quer respondeu e ao chegar poderiam nos dar um quarto de lua de mel porém somente ao pagamento de 70 dólares ,mas enfim, não deixamos isso estragar nosso descanso , mas dentre opções de resort que já fui acredito que em questão de atendimento , organização , entretenimento e comida esse foi o mais ”fraco” de todos , o que cativa realmente é só a paisagem e o local , porque as demais coisas são tudo de ok para fraco . Ah e se procuram entretenimento vão cientes de que os jogos disponibilizados no sport bar são todos pagos , de 1 a 3 dólares por máquina .

MMateusz SWe've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Alkquimia. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean and elegantly designed, with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
The location is absolutely ideal — very central, safe, and literally close to everything. You can walk everywhere, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooftop pool is absolutely lovely — perfect for unwinding, with a great vibe and a very pleasant setting. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day.
The ladies at the reception were amazing: warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness truly made our stay even better.
Our room was cleaned daily and was always sparkling clean. The layout was comfortable and stylish, and the bathroom was modern and impeccably maintained.
Overall, Alkquimia was an outstanding experience, and we highly recommend it. We would happily stay here again!
VVieraskäyttäjäThe resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.
VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
