Hotellit mukavuudella Uima-altaat maassa Kolumbia, provinssissa Antioquia

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa. My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service. Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.

The swimming pool and breakfast were a great plus. I’ll definitely stay again. The view in the hotel at night is amazing

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. 停車場入口有點難找，麥德林是個山城，酒店也在山坡的一腳。我覺得設施空間等都還不錯，比較喜歡！推薦入選，一家印尼連鎖酒店。

Supuestamente no encontraban la reserva cuando se había echo con mucha antelación y teníamos confirmación. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas de Marriot tiene faltas, no nos ofrecieron ayudas con las maletas, no funcionaba el mini bar, no había pantuflas ni albornoz. No disponia de hervidor de agua. El café 4/10 Se escucha a los huéspedes que se encontraban en la habitación contigua como si estuviéramos en la misma sala. La cama perfecta. El servicio de limpieza excelente, excelente.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.
