Hotellit mukavuudella Uima-altaat maassa Kiina, provinssissa Xinjiang

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。 1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。 2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。 3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. 這次旅行在新疆最後一晚的住宿，從賽里木湖到烏魯木齊的中轉點休息下，酒店各方面都超乎意料的好，從停車進門保安大叔就指揮停車和幫忙拿行李進大堂，再到辦理時前台小姐姐的耐心温柔告訴我們空調的注意事項和吃早餐和夜宵的時間地點，還有入住水果送，房間還配備有加濕器！雖然中間出現了一點點小插曲，經理小姐姐很迅速就解決了，非常好！！房間還配備有加濕器。餐廳的米線也非常好吃，早餐品種也算多了，阿姨態度也很熱情，退房小姐姐還給我們送了水，謝謝你們！下次夏天過來新疆繼續選擇你們家！祝你們一切順利

暑假帶娃旅行來到新疆的霍爾果斯，這裏作為我國與哈薩克斯坦的邊境口岸，帶娃來漲漲見識。 我們預訂了這家酒店，距離邊境口岸很近，門口是停車場，跟中哈合作區僅一牆之隔。酒店應該時國營的？來的時候看到不少政府及事業單位人員入住。酒店的硬件不錯，也比較新，早餐我們來得晚，但吃飽沒問題。

辦入住沒有告知沒有早餐，第二天早上去，衹有牛肉麪，衹有牛肉麪，連個小菜雞蛋都沒有，而且都不是現拉的麪，是從塑料袋裡拿出來的機器麪。排隊排了十幾個人等麪，連等的心情都沒有了。 專門與前台確定第三天有沒有早餐，答覆是第三天一切正常，會有早餐，結果第三天連牛肉麪都沒有，餐廳都沒開門，哈哈。 專門定了帶早餐的房間，結果沒吃上一頓，前台衹有一句臨時通知的。體驗感有點差。

先把最重要的説三遍：不要搭理酒店行李員的騎馬兜售，他弟弟安排的線路上沒啥雲杉，遠未到核心景區，而且出發前説好兩小時會拖到三小時，然後按照三小時收費。要騎馬直接去景區找庫爾德寧馬隊，很出片。酒店很好，內部環境一流，服務響應快速，房間設施舒適，早餐優秀，能在景區裏面住到這樣的酒店，旅行的愉悦感拉滿。
