Hotellit mukavuudella Uima-altaat maassa Kiina, provinssissa Taiwan

Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

Very good place to stay very near liuhe night market, mrt station, staff is friendly and nice, the room and bathroom and also the pool are clean but only the balcony is bad it’s scary to go outside because the floor is made of wood and some are broken already. My daughter she afraid had snake came out😂😂 also hallway and inside the elevator too dark.

Minulla oli korkeat odotukset, koska se näyttää upealta. Tämä on paikka, johon kannattaa tulla syömään mieluummin kuin jäämään. Tai olisi hyvä idea tulla tutustumaan hotelliin ryhmämatkalla. Palvelu on kolmannen luokan. Hotelli on tarpeeksi lähellä, jotta voit nähdä sen asemalta, mutta se on pienellä kukkulalla ja siellä on pimeää yöllä, joten et voi kävellä sinne. Hotellilta on bussikuljetus Yuanshanin asemalle, ja bussikuljetus Jiantanin asemalle, joka on lähin asema Shilinin yömarkkinoita, on saatavilla vain lauantaisin ja sunnuntaisin. Luulen, että useimmat tässä hotellissa yöpyneet ihmiset menevät Shilinin yömarkkinoille, mutta menevät ensin bussilla Yuanshanin asemalle, sitten MRT 1 -asemalta Jiantanin asemalle ja kävelevät sieltä. Amazing villa spa room and great breakfast. A must visit hotel and location. The national forest park is about 2 miles away.

Grand banyan hotel is above my expectations, I am very thankful for the reservation team and front desk staff for helping me when I mistakenly booked my hotel room on the wrong date. I will definitely comeback to this outstanding hotel in the future when return to Tainan.

Great experience overall—especially the spa, which was exceptional. However, the rooftop pool fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. There’s no poolside service or even a place to grab water, a drink, or a light snack. Instead, you have to get dressed, walk to the restaurant, explain that you're coming from the pool and want a cocktail to go, wait a long time inside a dimly lit space, then head back out, get undressed again, and finally return to relaxing. It felt oddly inconvenient, especially compared to similar resorts throughout Asia. A bit of poolside hospitality would go a long way.

You can walk to the hotel from Xincheng station in about 20 minutes. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to either Xincheng or Hualien station for free, which I appreciate. The immediate area around the hotel and from Xincheng station is quite remote and there are basically no stores or restaurants open. Thus you will probably have to eat all meals at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is pretty good though and the pricing is reasonable, all things considered. The main benefit of the hotel is the hotel pool. Personally i have a bit of mixed feelings about the pool because the view of the ocean and the beach is partially blocked by some trees, however, overall it is indeed a nice view especially of the mountains in the back. You can also walk to the beach in a few minutes, which is convenient. Service is good. Overall if you are planning to check out Hualien but don't plan to go to Taroko gorge, I think this is a decent option.

Good location and convenient. Family room is at level 2. Hotel please mask the toilet windows to prevent others from seeing in.

Room is big and beautiful.the food is delicious place is peaceful and clean staff are very friendly and helpful I will choose again this hotel.highly recommended.
