The hotel provided convenient transport to and from the scenic area, which was very helpful during our stay. However, on the day of checkout, they forgot our scheduled pickup time in the morning —even though we had arranged it a day in advance. Thankfully, we managed to book a Didi and still made it to the high-speed rail on time (maybe need to take note for early train) On the positive side, the staff helped us order lunch when we didn’t want to head out in the cold, which we really appreciated. We were also given a room upgrade, but the room remained quite cold despite turning on the heater. Overall, the stay had a mix of good service and a few hiccups, but we’re still grateful for the convenience and assistance provided during the trip.

The location is a bit distant from the main area.  It’s walkable and pretty on a nice weather, but will be unpleasant if it were raining or hot.  The room is nice with good fixtures.  Windows are thick and pretty sound proof.  Water pressure in the shower is weak.  Overall the stay was comfortable.  Because of the location, you cannot take public transportation to the hotel.  However, if you are concerned about breaking your luggage wheels, this hotel is not far from a main road so you won’t need to wheel your luggage on stone road too much.

New hotel, spacious room, amenities available. Complimentary use of washing, drying machine. Breakfast is good. Can be better in regards to juices. Walking distance to a few mall and supermarkets.

I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Garden. The service was truly outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Joanna for her exceptional service. She was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Joanna’s warm attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and made my stay much more enjoyable. It is rare to encounter such genuine hospitality. Thank you, Joanna, for providing such remarkable service.

Loved everything about this hotel! It's a perfect stay. Staffs are extremely helpful and are available throughout. Lots of amenities are provided foc, including mini bar and some snacks. There is free parking if you are driving, advised to unload the luggages first before going to the carpark as it's across the road. There's convenience store just downstairs. We will definitely be back for this hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

This unique hotel caught my eye on Trip.com. Great location. It is right in the middle of many fashion boutiques and eateries. It is hidden away in a quieter street. Our room was located on the first floor next to the lobby. Noise insulation was great. It has an artificial window with light mimicking daylight. A brilliant idea. Our room was stunning. Comfortable size. It doesn't feel cramped. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. Two pillow options were provided. We slept very well. Of course, the best part of our stay was the staff.  A service oriented and friendly team. Always ready to listen to my feedback and offer their assistance. The luggage delivery service was a bonus point. Our luggage arrived in our next hotel timely while we were visiting Juzizhou island. Staying in A Corner has left us a very good impression of Changsha. Highly recommended.
