Good location right in the centre of the busy commercial district, a lot of places to eat and shop. We had a family suite with 2 separated rooms with each own bathroom and toilet, which give that extra privacy. Breakfast was good with quite a variety of Chinese cuisine predominantly. It has a massive fully equipped Gym, and big indoor swimming pool. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come back again.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and this time I experienced their popular suite, which had a fantastic view, overlooking both the city skyline and Jiaxiu Tower. Interestingly, their bathroom facilities are all located on the balcony. Janice at the front desk was also exceptionally helpful, and the complimentary coasters were very pretty and unique！

Very lovely hotel with friendly staffs. Hotel looks great, everything was clean and room was spacious. Good ventilation even though smoking was allowed, no musky mouldy smell, everywhere smelt great. Had a great view from my room too. They had kids amenities like bedroom slippers, toothbrush etc. Breakfast buffet at the hotel had a great spread and tasted great. Additionally, there is a small theme park within 5mins walking distance from the hotel, my kid enjoyed it. Would recommend this hotel 👍🏻

Lotti also helped us to order delivery foods late in the night when we're too lazy to step out. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. The hotel service is excellent, very attentive, friendly and always with a small. The quality of the amenities are very high quality. The location is in the middle of the town and easy to walk around.  The room is very big. The night show is very good with high quality. Even better than the show we pay. The only minor thing is the singing in nearby pub. They put the amplifier outside the pub and sang till after 11 pm which is very disturbing. This happened to most of the pub. The village manager should stop them.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, the room is spacious, clean, and has a lovely view. The design of the room is very nice too. The staff are super friendly, polite, and always helpful. The room is quiet with great soundproofing, which made my stay even more comfortable. Everything about this hotel is amazing — I would give it more than 5 out of 5 if I could! It truly deserves it. You must stay here; highly recommended!

Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms. Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak. From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Anshun, where I was impressed by the spacious rooms that offered a fantastic sense of comfort. In the morning, I enjoyed a generous breakfast spread, featuring a variety of delicious options that set the perfect tone for the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; I realized I had forgotten my necklace after checking out, and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging for it to be sent to my home address. Their attentiveness made my experience even more memorable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel provided exceptional service and offered a delightful culinary experience that left a lasting impression on me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

The hotel itself is pretty standard for this range but in low season, the service is reaaallllly downgraded. Not much to choose from for breakfast to start with. Still a good choice to visit FAST
