Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

The food was amazing v most employees was respectful and very very sweet some had really messed up attitude didn’t give af about nobody feelings and quick to call police without even coming and explaining the issue

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

Room was relatively clean, bed was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast can be improved a little, when the AC was off we could hear the highway noise, we would stay here in future again.

The accommodation provided a convenient location near various dining options. The front desk staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and showed flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of business travelers requiring special arrangements. The continental breakfast was reliably prepared and well-maintained. While the rooms may not feature the latest updates found in newer establishments, they were consistently clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. I intend to continue recommending this hotel to both family and business travelers due to its reliable service and convenient location.

Simple facilities, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and with staff that show CARE, CONCERN and an interest to do their best in giving SERVICE to their customers. Very impressed with the reaction time when a request was made, the enthusiasm to assist and the respect for the paying guests. Brick Lodge was a pleasant surprise that we will certainly consider again when visiting our daughter in Norcross. Thank you.

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

VVieraskäyttäjäIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

VVieraskäyttäjäStayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in. Not the cleanest room. Wear socks! Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate. Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels. Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room. Stayed with two dogs. The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere. No attempt to keep it tidy at all. If it wasn’t for the convenience we would have found another place for sure.

AAtnoldThis hotel looks nothing like the rooms that is advertised on herr. The ones here are noymt sven close to being that nicd. Also this motel is one thaymt is now one of 3 that are used by the local drug dealers on the werkend. And its npt as vlean anywheee on the propertu. And the breakfast and lobby area are a jokrle compared to the pics on here. Can u please tell me how this room lookszanytging loke the too is advertised to look.

AAlexa TroglinEsihuoneen valvoja (minä uskon hänen nimensä oli Vee) ja Alexis olivat ihania, Sokea päiväkirja oli niin hauska ja mahtava idea! Uima-allas oli kaunis, ja hotelli itse oli paljon luonnetta. Suuri kävelymatka Buckhead kylään, olisi varmasti jäänyt tänne taas
