very good experience in this hotel, breakfast is simple but others stuff is good enough to cover it location, kind of receptionist, she allow late check out for us in order to convenient us to store luggage, please take note, even the webpage indicated Free luggage storage, but it's no extra space I the lobby or storeroom for you to store

We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

Well the hotel was clean but could certainly use a refresh. Carpet is old shower had some mildew stains. And one minor point you listed that for the price it included breakfast. It did not Someone else might find that poor information gathering on your part. You may want to double check your information in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Home2 Suites' downtown Tucson location! From the front desk to the awesome breakfast, nothing but excellence! A special call out to the breakfast staff for the quality of the food, cleanliness, and authentic hospitality and genuine warmth extended by Amanda and her colleague. The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was very clean, I will be back! The Indian restaurant in the hotel was great as well, good food, great service! Thank you

This lodge is the cheapest one out of the lodges in Grand Canyon National Park. However, it is quite clean. The showering facility is fine. The shower gel and shampoo are of better quality than average. There are a few restaurants at the lodge with a higher average price than normal, with similar price range as the Grand Canyon area. Free parking is available outside the room.

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon. Cleanliness: Good. Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities. Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids. Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.
