the staff are always smiling and greeting you with respect. great buffet breakfast. we always book here, and we have alwas a nice room, this time the room we are in, de luxe twin room is so old, as in parang napaglipasan na ng panahon, can easily listen the noise from outside and I can always see some hairs on the carpet upon chek in, the carpet is too old.

I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding. This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻 I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying. I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful. I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking. Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort. A unique old hotel where some rooms have a car garage. Fast and satisfying service. There is no elevator for rooms on the second floor. So those bringing large suitcases will be helped by the hotel staff. What I like about this hotel is its security, where there are security guards who always guard and supervise every guest. I especially admire the friendly and attentive female security guards. For the room, I said it was okay because it was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't write a review for it. This hotel is close to a small jeepney terminal and a night market, there are also many restaurants and malls nearby. Just a 10-15 minute walk. When I checked in, I was asked for a 5,000 peso deposit (very large). Since I didn't have enough pesos because I was leaving Manila the next day, when I said I was giving a deposit in Ringgit, dollars, or yen, they allowed me not to give a room deposit. I also don't understand why the deposit was so large. When I gave Ringgit and asked for a receipt, the officer at that time didn't give it and returned my Ringgit. It was very suspicious not to want to provide proof of receipt.

Stayed at B Hotel Alabang for an overnight stay last March 7, and overall it was a good experience for a budget hotel. Check-in was smooth. Since we booked everything through Trip.com, the staff also waived the deposit, which made the process even easier. The room was clean and everything was working properly. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water heater worked well. The TV seemed to be connected through Wi-Fi instead of cable, so there was a bit of latency when watching, but it wasn’t a big issue during our stay. Checkout took a little longer because the room needed to be inspected first. That said, the front desk kept following up promptly, which we appreciated. It seemed like the staff assigned to check rooms was just busy at the time, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Breakfast had limited options, but my wife was happy because they had her favorite dish—giniling. Considering that this is a budget hotel, we felt that we definitely got our money’s worth. Clean room, decent Wi-Fi, functioning amenities, and helpful staff made for a comfortable overnight stay. 👍

Mom and i spent our christmas here. Their staff are all attentive. The place is clean, too. The interior is plain modern. The hotel and room is well-maintained. There’s free soap and shampoo, conditioner. This might be our go-to place every Christmas as it is near Ongpin where you could try a lot of food and buy stuff

I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

Hotel staffs were super friendly, from hotel entrance door the security guard down to room cleaning staffs, all shows a friendly smiles, very polite, kind and respectable staff. but I was hoping they could give some priviledge to a frequent regular hotel patrons or hotel guests like me to give extra hour for late checkout to attend a BRUNCH meetings so i wont be rushing back to hotel to pack my things to checkout before 2pm as my flight is at 8pm onward hoping for their consideration for late checkput at 5pm without additional fees charge on me thank you
