Called the hotel to confirm there were enough parking spaces before making room reservation. The telephone assistant was very helpful. Room was.spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay. Front desk was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good, but could be better if they provided fried eggs and baked mushrooms as options on top of scrambled eggs and steamed mushrooms.

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

Really don’t like the long walk to the Hotel from the car park whilst juggling my luggage etc !!!

很喜歡這家酒店，非常有特色，餐廳早餐是收費單點，但是麪包藍莓酸奶是免費的。房間每天還免費給兩瓶玻璃瓶裝水，不過不是礦泉水，也是當地人的飲用水☺️。酒店在紐伯裏小鎮，周圍環境優美，好多英式鄉村小別墅🏡，看了好心動💗。就是想享受一下不同於城市的鄉村風景😄

Lovely hotel, right opposite the castle. Our room was lovely, it was a really good size. The bar and lobby though was vey cold and uninviting, could have done with the air conditioning being turned down, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very oldy worldy, Lovely, with lots of history. The location was beautiful and quiet an ideal spot for the wedding we attended, the old barn part of the pub was lovely for the wedding, ideal. Now the pub, food was nice in the pub although my potatoes delivered with my meal were that late that id eaten half my dinner before they came out. Staff were very accommodating and removed the additional cost of £6 for potatoes from the Bill. The Hotel sections of the establishment is now in need of a freshen up, lick of paint. For a building built in A.D 1147 i suppose you would expect it but there is maintenance needed. Cleanliness was ok but needed hoovering around the bed posts a bit closer and a few cob webs removed from the room ceiling. Other than that it was a lovely stay, couldn't thought the staff and the surrounding area, lovely walks along the Thames.

Sunnuntaina, kun tarkistin sunnuntaina 6 heinäkuu unohdin puhelimen ( Samsung Z Fold 4 huoneessa, kun saapuin määränpäähän soitin hotelli ja kertoi heille, että olin unohtanut puhelimen. Puhun väitti, ettei puhelin ollut siellä, ja pyysin häntä kysymään talonhoitajalta ja hän kertoi minulle, ettei puhelinta tuotiin vastaanottoon. Soitin maanantaina ja pyysin puhumaan johtajalle, ja teille kerrottiin, ettei hän ole siellä, mutta lupasin sen Hän soitti minulle takaisin. Tänään 8. soitin hotellille ei ollut vastausta. Yritin jäljittää puhelimeni Google ja sijainti oli salattu. Ja se osoittaa, että puhelin oli sunnuntai-iltana klo 1:14. En ymmärrä, miten puhelin voi kadota huoneessa ilman jälkiä. Auta minua varmasti saada puhelin takaisin. Olin huoneessa 310. Yhteystiedot ovat ***********.

Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation! Convenient location next to the train station, clean room & fitness room, helpful staffs whom always wear smiles, tasty breakfast! Recommended!

My stay at Easthampstead was a very great experience! This was my second time staying and I love their hospitality, service, breakfast and most of the amenities available. They always remind me of my style. It was my person’s birthday that week and I had to bring her there for the weekend to get her away from home a bit and we were welcomed with a birthday card for her and a cake to celebrate her. She was really excited and she loved the stay. The receptionist during the weekend were absolutely outstanding with their work. Checking in and out was as smooth as always. Am really glad I came and I hope to see you next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay or for any occasion. Thank you.
