nice clean hotel, not far from the airport, you can walk, I stayed for 1 day, clean room and linen, very good for a short stop after a long flight, very noisy Brits checked in with me, but I didn't hear them in the end.

Hotelli on erittäin helppo löytää. Sisääntuloaula on loistava paikka syödä, lukea, rentoutua ja käyttää internetiä kannettavalla tietokoneella. Kaikki työntekijät ovat ystävällisiä ja erittäin avuliaita selittäessään kaikkia yksityiskohtia. He säilyttivät laukkujamme, kun lähdimme huoneista. Huoneiden ja makuuhuoneiden käytävät ovat erittäin siistejä ja tuoksuvat hyvältä. Sänky on erittäin mukava. Aamiaiseksi on kaikkea. Kahvi ja luonnollinen appelsiinimehu ovat erittäin hyviä. Palaamme asiaan!

Paterna town is an industrial town and you have not much to do. The B&B hotel alone was OKAY. The staff did not really acknowledge you but they knew the basics of english which is a lot for Spain. Next thing, the room on the first glance is woowww but then after staying there things start to bother you like no bag in the trash can and no toilet brush for the PoPo. The room is small but quite spacious nontheless and they have tresor for valuable things. The room has a lock with number password which is a good thing therefore no fear of losing the key itself. For a few days it was a nice place to stay, but the hotel could respond to reviews like mine and step it up.

The room is spacious but not very well maintained.  There were holes on the wall of the washroom where we could see the pipes.  The air conditioner was not very good.  We asked for an electric fan but not available.  Front desk was quite nice but they could only understand simple English.

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from the theatre and market. Plenty of on street parking around the side streets. Cool lounge with free coffee and juice. Very friendly staff who were great when asked for extra pillows. Room and bathroom was very clean. Windows quite thin and noise could be heard from the street and other guests leaving rooms.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

Everything was nice,comfy and well designed,however the only concern I have about internet, which you should insert password and name every day ,or every time when you return to hotel

Buenos días! Yo había hecho una reserva con ustedes por la que pagué 70,75 euros, que correspondía a una habitación para 3 personas adultas. Al llegar, me dijeron que tenía que pagar 25 euros por la tercera persona, porque a ellos solo les constaba una habitación doble. Espero que ustedes me reembolsen lo que me deben. Saludos

Hotel is ok, the reason I am giving 3/5 is coz of the check-in. It took like 30min...you should not have such a bottle neck on the frontdesk... It is a mess. Other than that is ok. It has a small pool for probably too many people and location is cool. Far from downtown but MTR is right beside so it takes like 20min to go to the city center.

Yöpyi neljä peräkkäistä yötä. Löysin sängystä pienen ötökän toisena yönä. Etsin sitä, mutta en nähnyt toista. En kiinnittänyt siihen paljoa huomiota, mutta löysin toisen vian uloskirjautumisaamuna. Ja tällä kertaa lakanoissa oli verta ja käsivarteni oli vähän kipeä. Jonkin verran punoitusta ja turvotusta. Koska kello oli alle seitsemän aamulla ja minulla oli kiire ehtiä lennolle. Halusin vain keskustella tilanteesta hotellin vastaanoton kanssa. Mutta edessäni oleva lyhyt mies keskeytti minut hyvin töykeästi. Kysyin sinulta, miksi et kertonut minulle, kun löysit virheen toissapäivänä. Suhtautuminenkaan ei ole ystävällistä!
