Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.

Parking in the street was plentiful even though hotel’s parking lot was full. 24-hr free hot beverage machine was a nice perk. Service was absolutely average, minimal, unwelcoming. Cleaning lady opened our door 2 times while one of us was sleeping and the other out, resulting in terrible sleep even though check-out was noon.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel NM fue excepcional. La amabilidad del personal hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La localización es inmejorable, a poca distancia a pie de la playa y del centro, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de todo lo que Playa de Aro tiene para ofrecer sin necesidad de un coche. Además, es un lugar perfecto para los amantes de los animales; viajamos con nuestros dos perras y fueron muy bien recibidas. ,Las instalaciones son amplias y modernas, y todo está impecable. Aparcar en la calle fue fácil y cómodo. El desayuno es muy bueno, con deliciosas opciones sin gluten que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más agradable.  El único aspecto que podría mejorarse es la conexión wifi, que a veces era débil, pero esto no empañó nuestra experiencia general. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias a todo el equipo del Hotel NM.

Hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations, nous avons passé un week end très agréable et reposant, les chambres sont propres et confortables, la piscine et le sauna sont un vrai point positif pendant le séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. Seul point négatif, l'emplacement car il n'y a pas de commerce à proximité, néanmoins une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et un lieu ressourçant. À refaire sans hésiter !

Hotel en una vall impressionant tant a l'hivern com a l'estiu

Останавливались на одну ночь, отель очень понравился, номер чистый, новый ремонт, комфортный матрас и подушки. Отель находиться на первой береговой линии. Рядом железная дорога, но она ни как не мешала спала. Есть подземная парковка, располагается в соседнем отеле, стоимость 15€ в сутки. Отличный, разнообразный завтрак (шведский стол). Персонал приятный, отзывчивый.

room is clean and comfortable. symple design kind of essential touch. larger than usual . breakfast is ok. shower is ok. bed and TV good . parking outside is available since the hotel is next a shopping mall. z'we found decent food at late night . the picture of the hotel are real as it is . I know this chain since long time and consider it very reliable .you know what to expect snd it is clean and comfortable . location is close to highway with several restaurants nearby . Just consider the entrance is not front the parking ... we had a relaxing stay. staff good and kind,which is not always probably ..

Kätevät kulkuyhteydet, erittäin lähellä metroasemaa. Neljän tähden hotelliksi he eivät tarjonneet edes juomalaseja, ilmaista vettä tai kahvia, ja tilat olivat vanhentuneet. Lukuun ottamatta 11. kerroksen kattoterassia, joka oli kohokohta, muu alue oli melko tyhjä.
