This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

Excellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a curtain for added privacy. The communal areas were clean. The hostel was in a great location, particularly if you’ve booked tours, as the meeting point is often in El Poblado

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

Standard ibis hotel room; double room with safe and shower. Clean. Breakfast has good selection.

Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. Pros: fantastinen sosiaalinen hostelli. Tapahtumat pidetään useimmissa päivinä (tanssiluokat, jalkapallo pelit, cocktail-tehtävät). Äänen musiikki ja juhlat pidetään katolla on äänekäs (ja hauska), mutta ei voinut kuulla sitä, kun huoneissa (olimme lattialla 3/5). Suuri sijainti hyvällä ruokavaliolla ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metro. Alakerrassa oli hyvä yhteistyöalue ja mukava istuimia pieni mutta hyödyllinen keittiö. Kons: vuodelevyt eivät olleet puhtaita ja sänkyssä oli paljon pieniä vikoja. Hyvin pois-putting saada virhe täynnä sänky. Se ei näyttänyt niin oli tilanne muiden sänkyjen huoneessa niin todennäköisesti ei ole suuri kysymys, ehkä olimme onneton.
