The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

主要想着體驗窯洞住宿 然後找到這家，一開始還糾結了一下 衹訂了一晚，後來就直接續訂了 住三層行李拿不上他們也會電動車送 房間很乾凈，有智能馬桶 聽説，夏天重新翻新了 這會兒住還挺好 還有洗衣房烘乾機 空調也挺給力，洗浴用品也不錯 這邊房子坐東朝西 遮陽窗簾也厚實 小朋友住着挺開心的 走到楊家嶺革命舊址也就五六百米 從鳳凰廣場（寶塔山）回來也有公交車 寶塔山，鳳凰廣場，二道街連在一起 打車四公里左右，到延安博物館也方便 博物館，吾悦，大都薈在一起 棗園舊址那邊也有一片 延安沒有共享自行車 公交車真的很多，1塊 滴滴比打車貴，但是打車可能繞路 前台可以幫忙問壺口一日遊 前台也有陝西特色服裝 現在人少，沒有開發餐廳 聽説他們家餐廳還可以 晚上夜景也很好看

Had a great stay here! There's a back exit that takes you straight into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, pretty, and spacious with user-friendly smart guest control systems, comfortable beds, and the has separate areas for toilet, shower, and sink which was pretty convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Rui and Xiao Dong, were super helpful, quick to respond, and helped us find activities to book and other travel tips. The breakfast was also really good with multiple options and Xi'an specialty foods. Our booking also included afternoon tea and dessert soup every day which they delivered whenever we requested it. The room was a bit warm since they have central heating, but they were very accommodating and offered to move us to a different room.

Where do I even start? My time in Xi’an was unforgettable, and staying at Hermitage was a big reason why. Theres an older gentleman welcomed me with a hot bowl of noodles when I arrived in the rain. The next morning, when I brought my laptop down to work during breakfast, he thoughtfully set up the table and made sure I was seated somewhere with good lighting. On my birthday, the manager even surprised me with a cake. Just so many sweet little gestures that made the stay special. One thing to note: the hotel is located in a scenic area. Cars can’t drive all the way in, so you’ll need to walk a bit to reach the hotel. I happened to visit during Golden Week so some roads were blocked off due to crowd so getting in took a bit of rerouting. But honestly, the experience was so worth it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my brother. The hotel is located on Zhonglou Station, it’s quite near the Bell Tower. There are many street food on the street in front of the hotel entrance. It is very convenient. The hotel room is a bit old and also cigarette smoked smell in the room. For the breakfast, there is only Chinese style breakfast, actually we quite enjoy Chinese food, but it is very crowded in the morning and there are no any table available so we didn’t have breakfast here.  the only good things for this time stayed is all the staff are very friendly and helpful, which we can meet when we stay at other branches of Ji Hotel.

I have booked the hotel to be close to the Huashan mountain entrance in the morning. Location is perfect and they provide breakfast early as 6:30 am. Room was good. I wasn't expecting something good. For it's value, it's pretty decent room. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to the people who wants to be close to the Huashan Mountain entrance early in the morning.

Everything excellent, the staff has been incredibly kind and efficient, in particular I would like to mention Oliver, the Guest Service Manager. He helped us in any way, with organization and travel arrangements, and he speaks an excellent English

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!
