Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Mr. He is extremely kind and helpful. He allowed us to send packages to the hotel even before we arrived and was always responsive. The room is spacious and clean, with a great location. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to Harbin Railway Station. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Добродушные хозяева! Номер чистый, уютный и теплый(для меня даже очень). В номере есть всё необходимое. Также была зарядка для телефона( *она потребовалась, из-за особенности розетки, тк я не продумала этот момент, но меня выручили). Мне было комфортно! Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Skier Hotel Yabuli. The hotel staff were extremely kind, helpful, and lovely throughout our stay. They assisted us in arranging activities and helped us get the best and most affordable prices for skiing, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is located right next to a ski resort, only about a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient during winter. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of activities. Please note that the hotel does not provide halal food, so Muslim travelers are advised to bring their own halal food. However, the staff were very accommodating, they even provided free transportation to ski resorts that were farther away from the hotel, which was a big plus for us. Overall, the service, location, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for Malaysian travelers or anyone planning a ski trip in Yabuli. We would definitely stay here again.

酒店就在火車站斜對面，走路幾分鐘，很方便。酒店很新，是地暖，不冷不熱，温度剛好。 原本定的是無窗的房間，酒店很好，為我們升級了有窗的房間。 122的房費還含早餐，這個價格的早餐也算是豐富了，有三四個炒菜，三個小鹹菜，有粥，雞蛋和饅頭。真是良心商家了。 忘了拍房間照片，發幾張去扎龍看的鶴吧。

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.
