I chose this hotel because Trip.com advertises its a SPA hotel but we asked the front desk and she said this hotel has no SPA.  Finally the manager said the SPA and massage room are not Hotel facilities and are others' property. This hotel is new furbished but not include the stairs and other you may not know portion. The security doors are always open and it can easily access from outside. Attached photos for your reference, you may know the real situation. The hotel pictures are painting and not the really hotel photos. The free breakfast starts from 7:00PM. The drop service request you to take at the right clock such as 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... If you have flight before 10AM, then it is impossible to have a breakfast. This hotel is not recommended for the international travellers.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

We stayed here over the Chinese New Year holiday and had a wonderful experience. Our space‑themed family room was a real highlight — the kids absolutely loved it. The indoor pool and gym were well maintained and a pleasure to use. The hotel also put on plenty of children’s activities specially for the festive period, which added to the fun. Breakfast offered a good variety and was consistently well stocked despite the busy season. We would happily stay here again.

Staff were polite and helpful. I got an upgrade of our room from a room without window to the one with city view. The location was convenient. The decorations of the hotel was classy. Staff helped us to call a car for sightseeing and to railway station when we left. However, the laundry service was not good. We paid 10 RMB for the dryer which needed two hours to dry my clothes. The washer was free of charge.

I’ve stayed at this property once earlier in the year and thought it was good but it was even better this time. The new mall next door is open and it’s very convenient to eat and shop for necessities during our stay. The cleanliness improved a lot compared to last time. The apartment was spotless. We really have to thank our housekeeper Mrs. 杨小梅. She was always so friendly and smiling when ever we see her in the halls. We will miss her and hope that when we come back next time she will be our housekeeper again! Also want to thank Zoe for helping us organize our stay. Mom and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and thoughtful design throughout the apartment. It felt like home 🏠

The location is very convenient, right next to a shopping mall which makes dining and shopping easy. The room is spacious with a loft bedroom, which adds a nice touch and extra comfort. The staff are helpful and responsive via WeChat, making communication smooth. However, the air conditioning is centrally controlled, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable since it cannot be adjusted. Additionally, there was noticeable dust and the overall cleanliness could be improved.

酒店地理位置挺好的，也比較容易找到，出行和停車也很方便。周圍還有33小鎮，33小鎮很好玩。酒店前台服務態度很熱情友好，會打招呼，前台服務高效貼心，無論是辦理入任還是退房都很快捷。細節處處體現出貼心和專業，入任體驗感拉滿。房間乾淨整潔，衞生細節到位，沒有異味。床品軟硬舒適，睡的很滿意。酒店設施齊全，有智能客控、健身房、洗衣房，房間內還有小冰箱。酒店整體性價比高。最滿意的還是餐廳周圍的環境，很出片，可惜沒有看到日落時候的風景。

The facilities of this hotel were excellent. It was neat and clean. Their complimentary breakfast is particularly helpful if you are a budget traveller, and the breakfast itself was satisfying. Regarding the location, I would say it is neither too far nor too close to the Metro Station C2 Gate. Other than this, everything else you might need for a comfortable stay was excellent. The service desk on the ground floor was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

VVieraskäyttäjäTo put my comments into context: I initially booked rooms by 'walking off the street” before using Trip.com to book additional nights. The hotel is indeed new and has modern amenities. Firstly, I will explain the low score for ”cleanliness”. The physical cleaning was excellent, but my first room had an overbearing ”chemical” odour. I was given an air- purifier and told to leave that on and to leave the windows open. I was only given another room much later, but I had to ask for a room change. It was not offered. The second room had 2 air-purifiers and the ”chemical odour” was bearable. I was told the odour was because the rooms had not being used for a while and the hotel was new. To me, it smelt of chemical fumes, the sort one has after fumigation, or after carpet cleaning with chemicals. There needs to be more transparency. The fact that there were so may air-purifiers available suggests to me that management was aware of the problem. With regards to the low score for facilities: I tried to use the gym twice. The first time, I didn't understand what the gentleman said because I didn't understand Chinese and he didn't speak English. On the second attempt, I was more insistent and with the aid of translation software, I was told by the lady that I needed to produce a medical certificate because I looked over 60. I had never encountered this before, in any hotel in the world, or in other hotel in China. As for ”service”, the housekeeping and restaurant staff were great- effective, efficient, friendly and helpful. However, the male reception staff had the knack of making me feel ”guilty” for disturbing them each time I had to interact with them. It was not just the lack of a smile or the lack of greetings; it was also in the manner and tone. I do understand that having to use translation software with a foreigner could be wearisome, but, better-trained staff would not make it so obvious, especially for a hotel that uses ”James Joyce” in its branding to make itself more ”International” and ”sophisticated”. Another noteworthy episode that I am still confused about was when I first walked in off the street and enquired about rooms for myself. I was told that it was the weekend of the city marathon and that the only rooms available on the Friday and Saturday were big ”family” rooms (at higher prices). It was only later that I checked Trip.com and found that only the Saturday night was the hotel fully booked. I could have been offered a ”single” room for the Friday night and moved to the family room for the Saturday night. This offer was never presented to me. I hope management will read this, because this hotel has the potential to be a great hotel. It has obviously invested heavily in the facilities, amenities and into creating a unique ”ambience' or ”vibe”. It just needs to invest more time and effort into transparency, and staff-training, to ensure that the needs of the guests are paramount.

WWasieWe booked the hotel, because we had a late arrival and they offered a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This worked out very well. However we tried to rebook in the morning, but they wanted us to call when we arrived at the airport. So it took a bit longer. Tip: if you do not understand,Chinese, go to the information desk at the airport and they will contact the hotel. The bus picks you up at gate 15, exit and go left to the buss. The checkin was smooth and the room was spacious with a variety of pillows. It also had a massage chair in the room. Breakfast was quite good with a good selection, except that there was no fresh fruit. Check out was also smooth and we used there shuttle service back to the airport, from where we could take the train into Shenzhen. Highly recommended for late arrivals and short layover.

A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.
