We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

I’ve stayed at this property once earlier in the year and thought it was good but it was even better this time. The new mall next door is open and it’s very convenient to eat and shop for necessities during our stay. The cleanliness improved a lot compared to last time. The apartment was spotless. We really have to thank our housekeeper Mrs. 杨小梅. She was always so friendly and smiling when ever we see her in the halls. We will miss her and hope that when we come back next time she will be our housekeeper again! Also want to thank Zoe for helping us organize our stay. Mom and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and thoughtful design throughout the apartment. It felt like home 🏠

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Their service was not only efficient, but also warm and thoughtful, which made a real difference. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was clearly taken care of with great attention to detail. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided, the overall value for money was outstanding. What really stood out was how proactive and considerate the team was. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, whether it was helping with logistics, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. This kind of genuine hospitality is not easy to find. Overall, this stay was relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. If you are looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, high-quality rooms, and great value, this is an outstanding choice. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. A well-deserved top rating.

I chose this hotel because Trip.com advertises its a SPA hotel but we asked the front desk and she said this hotel has no SPA.  Finally the manager said the SPA and massage room are not Hotel facilities and are others' property. This hotel is new furbished but not include the stairs and other you may not know portion. The security doors are always open and it can easily access from outside. Attached photos for your reference, you may know the real situation. The hotel pictures are painting and not the really hotel photos. The free breakfast starts from 7:00PM. The drop service request you to take at the right clock such as 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... If you have flight before 10AM, then it is impossible to have a breakfast. This hotel is not recommended for the international travellers.

Very nice and relaxing resort. The playing area for kids is good, love the playground. Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the hair spa and it’s nice. Breakfast is good. Just the hot spring area is a bit small and not feel like having hot spring afterwards.
