This hotel was honestly a 10/10 stay. The service was excellent! Friendly , attentive, and very welcoming from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt thoughtfully designed.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with stylish decorations and a really pleasant vibe throughout the common areas. We especially enjoyed the small coffee and snack area, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel extra comfortable.
the location itself was great right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily come back.

The Hyatt is the best Hotel in LanZhou. Not only because of zero distance to the yellow river, but guest services.
Because the guest room was not available, and we needed to visit provincial museums first, I’ve got guidance for luggage storage, provided local cuisine, tourist places, and reserved us a higher floor Guest room. Then we enjoyed our provincial museum, delicious local food, then we enjoyed the gorgeous view of lunch and the yellow river from the guestroom.
I would definitely choose Hyatt again. And I appreciate Rita who provided very warm professional help for us!
By the way, the breakfasts are very enjoyable with local special offers.

Wonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea.
We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread.
We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome.
The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean.
The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy.
The bathroom has hot water.
You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room.
We always saw them cleaning the common areas.
The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family.
I will recommend them to all my friends.

出遊半個月來，住的住舒服稍的一家。裝修有自己的一套，不是那種到處都一樣的，燈光、小擺件這些能看出來用了心。而且設備也好使，該有的都有，用起來特別順手，淋浴勁兒大，吹風機也好用，無線網都賊溜。衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間又大又亮堂。不管是還是出去玩，住這兒都特合適。反正這個價格能享受到這些，真的值了，夏天出來繼續選擇這裏。

I booked a bed in the female dormitory for 2 nights, my friends booked other beds/rooms. The hostel has all the necessary amenities. There is even a washing machine if you need to do laundry. The bedding was fresh and clean. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. You will need to bring your own shower gel for the shower and the toilets are squat toilets which is standard in China. Met a lovely German girl while staying here. The host is a lovely and very helpful woman, she assisted us with any queries and even gave us some watermelon while we waited for our driver. If you want to visit any of the popular tourist spots in the Zhangye area she can organise a car tour for you and very reasonable prices- all very easy through WeChat. I visited the rainbow mountains/Zhangye National Geopark/Zhangye Danxia Geopark (张掖国家地质公园) and Mati Si temple (马蹄寺) while in Zhangye. The hostel is in a very good location too. The common area is nice and there is a tea station where you can help yourself to a cup of tea. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.

Amazing, the hosts/staff were so friendly and helpful. From giving great advise on what time to visit different areas of the canyons to avoid crowds, driving you to scenic areas too far to walk and even dropping me off at the railway station at midnight when I couldn’t get a taxi. Just fantastic!
Room was comfortable and great size, amazing showers, super peaceful and mostly importantly amazing views of the canyon (including lights being projected onto the canyon at night).
I definitely recommend for a great experience!

環境：
從踏進民宿的那一刻起，就不斷被驚喜包圍。作為東窪村地勢最高的民宿，站在露台那一刻瞬間理解了什麼叫”值回房價”——整片仙女灘毫無遮擋地鋪展在眼前，清晨看雲霧從灘塗升起，夜晚仰望星河垂落，這樣的視野在整個村落都是獨一份的。
衞生：
房間的用心程度超乎想象。最讓人驚喜的是全屋智能衞浴，這些現代化設施與山居生活融合得天衣無縫。
服務：
老闆的待客之道處處透着温度。剛到路口就看見他笑着迎上來，二話不説接過我們沉重的行李箱，一路幫忙提到房間。
設施：
最打動人的是那些藏在細節裏的匠心。露台上每個座椅都套着防水布罩，雨後隨時可坐；陽台專門為圍爐煮茶設計的插座；民宿裏隨處可見的綠植，多肉在日照最佳的窗台排成彩虹色系，連葉片都擦得鋥亮。老闆還幫忙拿了製氧機，大大緩解了我們的高反不適，睡了個好覺。

VVieraskäyttäjäThe train station basement had no internet connection so I was not able to get DiDi. Not only did I overpay even after negotiating, but the driver spent the beginning part of the trip texting and I had to swing my arm across him as we were about to rear end another car. 20 minutes later arrival at Maiji Shan park entrance. The friendly owner was already there and immediately helped me with my bags. A few minute drive to the expansive farmhouse. I asked for a bowl of noodles which was hot and delicious provided by a grandmother woman. Chinese farm Breakfast was plentiful. I used the heat as the mountains got cold quickly when the sun dropped. The immaculate room was large with two double beds, a tv and desk. The bathroom had integrated toilet and shower so it is wet. Plenty of hot water tho the turn on was a matter of button pressing. I learned something new! Toiletries and paper towels (another first) were provided. The owner took me to Maiji Shan. Sadly, it was closed; rain had made rocks fall making it dangerous to climb the stairs. Nevertheless, I took some photos. I tried to walk back (beautiful fall day), but the owner met me along the wayThe owner and I communicated via WeChat translator. DIdi was not available and as we started for the train station the bus came behind us. So the owner put me on it and I wrote via the app. The bus drives very slowly but I got to the station to run back and forth with my bags, then going to a different floor to get a paper ticket, then back to the waiting area, thru the gate, up the stairs, and finally to my sleeper car. Outside of asking me for my passport and various tickets about 10 times no personnel was particularly helpful tho I was noisily wheezing. As I was getting off, Another passenger grabbed my bags and ran down the stairs with them and then went back to the train. Probably someone in the medical field! Platform smoking and between cars smoking can affect some people.

RRachel WorsleyFantastic hotel, amazingly helpful staff who arranged a car to take us all the way to Hami when we couldn't get train tickets, were highly responsive at all hours of the day and night, and made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms. Perfect location right by the night markets and opposite the bus stop for the caves. Cannot fault it

住宿在荒野首先是看景色，沙漠山丘景色沒得説，雖然説在山腳下，但還是讓人心曠神怡。
空曠的地方拍照也非常不錯，人家給我們指導了，怎麼拍星空，並且提供了手機支架，太棒了 ps 麪來的一定要問管家或老闆要燭光馬燈（店家會免費提供）拍照氛圍太棒了
餐食方面，我們從店家那裡訂的燒烤，在房間露台吃的（在上面可以坐四個人，超過四個人就得到露台下面的沙地上用餐）

TTohnetA comfortable place staying here in the Homestay, and we arrived very early in the morning - the owner was very willing to receive us though, and get us into our room.
After some travelling time by train from Zhangye to Dunhuang, it was a welcoming comfort indeed to be in the Homestay. We took the family room with courtyard and the accommodation comes along with two bedrooms for the children, and a curtain partitioned space/room for us, the parents. It's large enough and comfortable for the four of us.
The other plus thing about the Homestay is that, it's very near the Mingshan Mountain & Crescent Lake Park - just a walking distance; the tickets allowed you multiple entries into the Park within 03 days and the Homestay being nearby - you indeed can enter the Park on different days within that 03 days grace period
We were fortunate that we came during the off peak, and so the Park and Homestay were not crowded at all. Would we come and stay again in the Homestay? YES - because we love the off peak quiet, and private time here. Would we recommend others to stay here? For off peak time, we certainly say a resounding YES too!!
You can pluck the jujube fruits (Chinese Apples) and pears at the courtyard - it gives a feel of your own rustic home, away from the noise & crowd of the nearby Mingshan Mountain & crescent Lake Park.
We love it here!!

BBlade.around.the.worldThe Donhuang Island Guesthouse is located in a rather nondescript building but in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the middle entrance of the Mingsha mountain on a fairly quiet side street. The Guesthouse is surrounded by eateries.and has camels walking past the front of the property in mornings and evenings on their way from and to work.The Guesthouse has an easy location to catch a taxi as it's nearby an intersection with lots of taxis available.
It's important to understand that this property is not located in downtown which is probably part of it's charm. A taxi will cost 35 yuan from the train station or Mongua Caves. Going to the night market which is 5 kilometres away will cost you 11 yuan by regular taxi.
The Donhuang Island gueshouse offers simple but smartly furnished rooms. The beds are good, the shower is hot and the air-conditioning is cold. But what makes this guesthouse truly stand out is the remarkable hospitality from the owner and his whole team. Hahan the golden retriever from the property across the road comes by on a frequent visit and is the centre of attention.
It was a pleasure to stay here. The only minus is; how much I hate the disposable towels but that is just a minor thing amid all the positivity.

HHeong Siew YinLocation is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality.
Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality.
Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking.
Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

MManmanlaibuhouhui房價有點貴？！貴嗎？扎尕那景區內有便宜的嗎？隨行就市而已。相比這裏的環境、設施、餐食、服務，還是很合適的。
先説環境吧，也是半山最大的特點了。仙女灘旁，半山腰，沒有民宿扎堆，安靜啊。自駕可以停車門口，車場超大。扎尕那必遊的仙女灘十分鐘棧道路程，你不用爬長長的棧道，也省了觀光車的費用。
打開窗簾即可看到扎尕那全景，不輸達日觀景台多少。相比民宿扎堆滿眼的屋頂，這裏要好太多。
房間不算大但是也夠用，設施很新。小樓和房間設計也比較新穎，可能是限於環境，小樓外觀設計不如樓內考究。
服務也是該點讚的，熱情周到，提供全套扎尕那遊覽攻略。為了不在江迭公路堵車，一早六點出發，老闆還特意想送，感動。
老闆廚藝不錯，點了水煮氂牛肉，沒有像外面那樣添加過多的嫩肉粉之類，麻辣鮮香。
最後説一點，我住的房間衞生間下水有點問題，漏水慢，需要檢查一下。
