This hotel was honestly a 10/10 stay. The service was excellent! Friendly , attentive, and very welcoming from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with stylish decorations and a really pleasant vibe throughout the common areas. We especially enjoyed the small coffee and snack area, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel extra comfortable. the location itself was great right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily come back.

出遊半個月來，住的住舒服稍的一家。裝修有自己的一套，不是那種到處都一樣的，燈光、小擺件這些能看出來用了心。而且設備也好使，該有的都有，用起來特別順手，淋浴勁兒大，吹風機也好用，無線網都賊溜。衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間又大又亮堂。不管是還是出去玩，住這兒都特合適。反正這個價格能享受到這些，真的值了，夏天出來繼續選擇這裏。

Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed and providing great local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect to relax after exploring the desert and Mogao Caves. The location was also ideal, close to restaurants and main attractions but still quiet at night. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunhuang!

武威不大，雖然幾個酒店都在附近。但我第一次來這個城市，基本上選擇萬豪都不會出錯。酒店前台非常禮貌，而且小周特別幫我找了個離電梯遠，且安靜的房間。酒店很新，房間不小，而且非常非常安靜，非常適合對睡眠要求高的旅客。房間裏配好了加濕器，並且是水直接給加滿的，很細心。

Fantastic hotel, amazingly helpful staff who arranged a car to take us all the way to Hami when we couldn't get train tickets, were highly responsive at all hours of the day and night, and made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms. Perfect location right by the night markets and opposite the bus stop for the caves. Cannot fault it

Positive: Overall, the hotel is good. The room is spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We had some issues with the room's electrical system, and they resolved it quickly. Additionally, they offered us a fruit tray for the inconvenience. The room and sheets are clean. The WiFi works perfectly. Negative: It is a bit far from the center. We booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes. There is no gym and laundry service, unlike what is advertised in the available services on Trip.com. Guests smoke in common areas like the entrance hall, elevator, and hallways.

房間可以，衞生條件也挺好的乾淨，唯一不好的就是這個位置填的不行，上面寫的省政府地鐵站，然後我從省政府地鐵站出來找了半天沒找到打開導航發現在秦安路，這是兩個地方壓根不搭邊啊，當然了我也沒説這個地方不好，衹是大熱天的從省政府走到秦安路累死了，説遠不遠，説近也不近，就一站路，過個馬路就到了，就是讓人坐錯地方了有點煩，還有那個洗髮水就兩小罐，個人感覺有點少了，出去一趟回來就要洗一次澡不然身上黏糊糊的，但是有怕用完了下次沒有了，這點有待提高，有可能酒店已經想到了，衹要打電話前台就會送過來，這個我也不太清楚，所以不能下定論，不過總體來説挺好的， 專屬禮遇:這個是什麼東西不清楚 延遲退房至15:00:這個絕對有，如果旅遊的朋友一定要訂這家，就算第二天再換個酒店，這個酒店也是非常好的選擇，三點退房，出來就可以入住下一家，不會讓你在外面等着兩點才可以，別的酒店都是十二點，睡都沒睡醒，再説了以前都是兩點退房，現在基本上都十二點了，就這家兩三點退房，這個人性化服務非常好，是賴床夥伴們的福音，我就是想反應一下這個省政府地鐵站這個東西趕緊改了，太扯了，要是打車我肯定會説省政府地鐵站，就完事了，到時候有得走過去所以就這點不行

I arrived at the hotel around four in the morning, exhausted and with tempered expectations after a major flight delay. To my great surprise, the staff had patiently waited for me despite the ungodly hour. This attentiveness and consideration from the very first contact set the tone for my entire stay. The room far exceeded my expectations. Not only was it exceptionally comfortable, but it also offered that rare standard where price and quality stand in a remarkable relationship to one another. The cleanliness was impeccable, the furnishings tasteful and thoughtfully arranged – one could sense genuine care in every detail. The breakfast deserves special mention: an abundant selection offered both traditional Chinese dishes and European options for Western palates. The quality of the food was consistently high, freshly prepared and lovingly presented. It was evident that international guests' needs are genuinely considered here, without sacrificing local authenticity. What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is its staff. The friendliness and attentiveness with which one is received and cared for goes far beyond the usual service level. This is the kind of hospitality that doesn't feel forced, but springs from genuine warmth. For anyone visiting Dunhuang – whether following in the footsteps of the Silk Road or exploring the breathtaking Mogao Grottoes – I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It not only provides an excellent base for exploration, but becomes itself a positive part of the travel experience.
