The accommodation is good and located in a convenient area. The hotel reception is on a different floor, but the check-in process went smoothly and everything we needed from the staff was handled properly, so no issues there. A great bonus is that you can use the washing machine at the reception for free, which is very convenient. The location is really nice, with plenty of small restaurants nearby. There’s also a restaurant in the building itself, along with a few shops, including one that is open 24 hours. Additionally, two popular tourist streets are just a short walk away. The room is spacious and offers a great view. To be honest, it looks a bit newer in the photos than in reality, but overall it’s still a good place to stay. One small improvement would be to provide some basic dining utensils like plates and cutlery.

It’s located near the Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street, where you can easily walk to many popular attractions. Getting food is also extremely convenient, as there are plenty of local delicacies around. The service is outstanding; from the warm reception by staff upon check-in to their prompt and enthusiastic response to any needs you may have. Highly commendable! The rooms have projection capabilities, and everything from personal care items to preventing waste is well-organized. The facial towels also proved very useful. It’s a hotel that exudes warmth. Access to various attractions is very convenient; it’s close to Liberation Monument, Hongya Cave, and the Yangtze River Cable Car. Just outside the hotel is a bustling street filled with delicious food… It’s really great; you shouldn’t miss it – Xianyu Guesthouse. The hotel experience was exceptional! Firstly, the room’s facilities and equipment were top-notch.

The location was great (lots of quaint shops to visit around the hotel) and the scenery and architecture of the room is so lovely. But above all, the service of the staff is really wonderful! There are quite a number of steps to climb to get to the hotel so it might not be the most accessible location for people who have difficulty climbing stairs and carrying their luggage, but the staff helped us transport our luggage with grace. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, frequently checking in with us over WeChat on our breakfast and cleaning requests. They also gave us recommendations around the area where we caught a cool drone performance! The hotel staff are a very lean team, so they even made breakfast for us in their little breakfast cafe, and they also delivered breakfast by hand to us on a few mornings 🥹 Special shoutout to 小蒋 who gave us such dedicated service! She was so lovely and meticulous in attending to us. When we told her that we were leaving late in the evening for the airport, she even packed bread and milk for us to eat on the way there 😭😭 And she was such a warm and friendly presence, making us feel very welcome even as our trip was ending. She also helped us carry our heavy luggages up the stairs, she's so strong!!! We wanted to specially commend her service and we hope that she will get a bonus in her salary 😇 10/10 stay, would totally stay here again 💖

The hotel was acceptably clean. The views from the 27th floor were really good. It was nice having a bathtub and there was enough hot water to take a shower afterwards (unlike some of the reviews said). The staff was very friendly and helpful and we're always very fast in replying. The only thing is, that the hotel could be hard to find, especially at night because the hotel name sign is amongst a lot of other signs and it is not lightened up at night.

Nice hotel, like in the pictures 😊 In the city center, close to many malls and several famous atracctions. The bed is soft and confortable. Plenty of breakfast/coffe places arround. They offer to clean your room every day, but dont make bed hahaha (throw trash and clean the floor). Super helpful staff in whatever your need.

1.Over all is good. Just found smelly during my stay due to cleaning the septic tank. Not only cause odors in the elevator shaft, also found along the corridor back to hotel room. We feel uncomfortable every time when in and out from the hotel. 2.Find hanger on floor but no place to hang clothes. 3.Hotel receptionist very friendly, helpful and caring. Would like to said thank you to them.

Valitsin hotellinne ensimmäiseksi pysähdyspaikaksi Sichuanin ja Chongqingin matkallani. Kahden lapsen kanssa matkustaminen ei ole helppoa. Olen erittäin kiitollinen vastaanottovirkailijoille Lukelle ja Brendalle heidän lämpimästä vastaanotostaan. He antoivat lapsille myös pienen kakun syntymäpäivänä, mikä teki heidät erittäin iloisiksi. Haluan kiittää täti Li Yanlua siivousosastolta hänen huomaavaisesta palvelustaan. Kävi ilmi, että tein oikein valitessani Hilton-brändin. Vaikka hotellin tilat ovat vanhentuneet, he korvaavat laitteiston puutteet korkealaatuisilla palveluilla. Pidän heistä. Hilton-brändi on edelleen ensisijainen valintani seuraavalla matkallani.

This hotel is a dream.Its not real.Its unreal.We got the 270 degree telescope room with crystal bath and god it was breathtaking.The view was heavenly.The river in from of you surrounded by all the buildings with neon lights dancing on them.Also had the raffles city view through the left windows.The staff was so helpful and always on the edge to help us.They were super welcoming and never said anything without a smile on their faces.They meant superb service.I highly recommend this hotel.All our friends and family couldn’t stop complementing us when we posted the pictures.Go stay here atleast once in your life.
