Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

The Best Maple Hotel is in the process of renovations. The stairs were quite awful, with cracked and broken parts. The rooms were clean enough, and the beds were fine, but there was not enough hot water for a good shower.

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Convenient location near Edmonton Airport and accessible by free shuttle bus. Very courteous staff and good service. Rooms are clean, but the carpets, furniture, and bathrooms are dated and could be upgraded. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Good breakfast selection and all day coffee added value.

VVieraskäyttäjäFirst, I would like to commend their front desk staff — they were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, which made for a great first impression. However, there were a few issues in the room that I believe should be brought to their attention:    •   Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hairs in the bathtub.    •   The bathtub itself seemed quite old and difficult to use — water would flow out easily during use, making it hard to enjoy a proper bath.    •   The comforter on the bed did not smell like fresh linen, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort in the room. While I appreciated the hospitality of your staff, I believe that addressing these room-related concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

LLibaofuhaichayigemeng*位置，是優點也是劣勢。周圍很方便熱鬧，酒店成羣，緊鄰一個有沃爾瑪的mall.大大小小的餐廳不下10家，豐儉由人很方便。熊貓快餐很好的滿足中國胃。旁邊的主幹道是高速，大卡車，大貨車，風馳電掣的開過去，早晨5點多就被高速行駛的車輛聲音吵醒，感覺自己睡在馬路上了😭 *服務，不太盡如人意。第一晚住宿，洗手間的潤膚露是用剩的小半瓶，我就直接扔了。所以洗手枱上除了一塊小香皂什麼都沒有了。第二天打掃房間竟然啥都沒有補。並且沒有給新的浴室墊腳巾。 *設施，房間帶廚房？！對，有一個微波爐，一個洗手池，其他呢？並沒有更多！！床品很差，洗了很多水的床單被單被子都是舊舊的灰白，很起來就很廉價旅館的感覺。 *早餐，週中7-9點，廚師現場煎蛋外，有水果，酸奶，麪包，肉類，算是一應俱全了。 總之，下次不會住了，隔壁喜來登明顯好過這裏，快捷酒店和星級酒店的區別。
