Decent but not worth the price   The hotel is OK overall, but it doesn’t really deliver what it costs. The breakfast and pool area are nice, but the new towel system — where they leave only two pool towels per room — is really inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible and works only about half the time, which makes it frustrating if you need to stay connected. The property itself is clean but long overdue for an upgrade. With better maintenance and service improvements, it could justify its rates, but right now it falls short.

For the price paid, the value is exceptional. The location is safe, 5 metres from the beach (about as close as a hotel can get) and a few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast as is always the case with Rede Andrade hotels is varied and sizable. This hotel branch is much nicer than two others I stayed at in Salvador with a comfortable lobby area and outside seating courtyard. Though my room was misrepresented as ”an apartment” when it is a normal room, I was fine with it given the low price paid. I had a sea view and the room contained the necessary features, i.e. fridge, TV, hot shower, ac, and towels/soaps. The WiFi was terrible though with no signal at all in the room. Aside from the latter, everything was great as were the staff. Would recommend 100%

I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Achei o café da manhã fraco, com pouca proteína, apenas ovos. Elevador estava quebrado, tivemos que subir até o terceiro andar por uma rampa. Hotel muito bom para quem quer relaxar… No porta chaves não tem informações como número do telefone da recepção, senha wi-fi…. Poderia ter informações que são essenciais. O jantar é saboroso, comemos buffet.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd. This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

Que experiência maravilhosa!! Que lugar incrível!!! Os funcionários me atenderam muito bem, foram muito simpáticos, educados, atenciosos, impressionada com o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes. A limpeza estava ótima, ctudo limpinho, cheiroso. E o ambiente é muito silencioso, parece que vc tá hospedada sozinha de tão sossegada que é. A comida é ótima tbm, e a localização é muito boa e de fácil acesso! Amei tudo! Recomendo demais!!

La atención por parte del staff es buena. Son atentos y hacen un esfuerzo para que el huésped pase bien. Las camas son muy cómodas. Las duchas son geniales con una excelente presión de agua y buenos productos de higiene. El desayuno es muy completo, variado y de calidad. Las habitaciones deberían ser mejor ventiladas. Parece ser el caso que la amplia mayoría de las habitaciones cuenta con humedad. Incluso en los pasillos, se puede oler fácilmente. Tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación hasta encontrar una que no estuviera con tanta humedad. Luego de ventilarla todo el día, estaba en condiciones perfectas para habitar. Si se ventilaran mejor, estoy convencido que estaría en mucho mejor estado las habitaciones. Por más que no hay humedad visible, se nota que hacen un muy buen esfuerzo manteniendo las paredes en buenas condiciones pintando seguido. Personalmente, considero que un buen hotel no debería brindar habitaciones con problemas de humedad para ningún huésped, aún cuando no tengan ninguna alergia. El hotel también brinda un barcito con algunos snacks en horas de la tarde, lo que es simpático y bienvenido, sobre todo para la gente que arriba en el check-in luego de las 2 PM. En conclusión, es un buen hotel, pero no es una opción para nada segura para personas con alergias a hongos u ácaros de polvo.

Gosto muito do Ibis, hotel padrao da rede, com bom chuveiro, cama boa. Comi uma pizza no restaurante do proprio hotel e estava maravilhosa.
