The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

Helppo käyttää Trip.com app/site. Sain hyvän hinnan, huone oli iso ja huoneellinen! Sänky olisi voinut olla mukavampi. Lisää kyyhkysiä olisi ollut parempi, myös
Uima-allas ja jacuzzi-alue oli mukavaa. Kuitenkin, jacuzzi ei ollut kuuma se oli enemmän lämmitetyn uima-allas kokemus kuplia! Liuku oli suljettu 😪 osallistuja sanoi, että se ei ole ollut koko kesän! paitsi kun uima-allas on suljettu liikkua vettä. Olimme hyvin pettyneitä!

The service of the Horseshoe was okay. The only thing that they miss doing is the little details of the room. They have no trash bin in the bathroom. The trash bin in the room has no plastic covers. The bathtub has drips of shampoo. They put in little toiletries. There was no welcome water or coffee sachets in the room. We only have 3 pillows in the room. We enjoyed our sleep. The bed was comfy. The room was lovely. I like the design of the hotel. They have different restaurants to choose from. They have a ceiling that is cloud-painted. The fountain at the facade of the hotel looked interesting.

Everything was up to par at this hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. My room also had a view. My bed was comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t have any problems. The staff was very polite and professional upon booking. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

LLouise H1I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked this Americas Best Value Inn & Suites @ Lake Charles I210-Exit-5. There was NOTHING that was comparing to a suite. In fact, it is more like a motel class. There were several factors that made us NOT HAPPY staying here, and will probably will not stay here in future. I am explaining why I rated this hotel/motel below its class: (a) first the hotel is on ”cheap” side. The towels provided were very limited, and there was no towel for the floor. The lighting in the room, as well as thru-out the property was annoying. Everywhere I see bright florescent day-time white light, so bright. The room has this same light from ceiling down. It was so bright, no adjustment. It's hard for a person to sleep, while the other person is awake and needs light. The room is a lacking several fundamental items for a hotel, no coffee machine. The shampoo/soap provided were some sample 1-person ones. The ”breakfast” area was a joke. The only thing proved was coffee, that were not good at all. Yet, trip.com's reservation had me selected either room with or without breakfast. So, I booked with breakfast. But there was nothing provided. I asked the receptionist, he said, they don't have breakfast, just coffee.
The plus side was that, they provided a good size refrigerator. And they have the microwave in the 'breakfast” area.
Although it seemed a recently built hotel, but it's just a basic motel, lacking basic necessity items in hotel room. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Bbm998I had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
