Check in time was 3pm however my flight arrived mid morning & hotel kindly let me check in immediately upon arrival around 11am Room was very comfortable but no shower cap or other amenities offered Location is slightly out of the centre with a 5 block walk which was tiring however staff were lovely except the travel desk staff member who was very rude & chomping on an orange whilst talking to you & not helpful

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Apart from being given a room with two double beds, not a queen, it was all good. No cockroach like we saw in other hotels.

As incredible affordable budget hotel, I have everything I need, kitchen to prepare simple meal, so easy to access too bus right on Kūhiō street, most importantly, easy to access budget rental car and able to drop car after hour easily with no parking charge. Most importantly, close to so many great restaurant right beside hotel on international market. Finally, it is not too far to walk to beach in 2 blocks. Hotel itself is old; it is great for budget stay if one do not want to spend too much on hotel

Olemme tässä hotellissa lokakuun 29 päivän ja marraskuun 4. Yleensä, henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja huone puhdisti päivittäin tuoreet pyyhkeet tarjotaan , jotka arvosimme. Mutta useita kysymyksiä merkittävästi vaikuttaa kokemuksemme. Ensinnäkin, käytettävissä oleva kylpyhuone, jota varasimme, ei vastannut kuvia. Ei ollut käsin suihku pää, joka oli tärkeää meille. Myös kylpyhuoneessa käytetyn vesien säätöjärjestelmä oli hyvin epämukava, ja meillä oli jatkuvasti ongelmia epävakaa kuuman veden paine. Erillinen suuri kysymys oli pysäköinti. Ennakkomaksu ja varasin pysäköinti viisi päivää, mutta toisella illalla kaikki paikat olivat jo otettu, ja minulle käskettiin vain pysäköidä eri rakennuksessa lähellä. Tämä oli erittäin epämukava joutua kuljettaa asioita kolmannessa kerroksessa toinen pysäköintirakenne ja tuhlaa ylimääräistä aikaa. Se osoitti, että vaikka maksat etukäteen, pysäköintipaikka ei ole taattu kukaan ulkopuolelta voi ottaa sen. Joten maksat, mutta loppuu ilman palvelusta, jonka lupasin. Yleensä henkilöstö yritti tarjota hyvää palvelua, mutta organisaatioon liittyvät ongelmat, huoltoon liittyvät ongelmat ja huonosti hallinnoittu pysäköintijärjestelmä heikensi vakavasti mukavuutta. Valitettavasti tämän kokemuksen jälkeen en voi suositella tätä hotellia.

I stayed for three nights this time, and the location's convenience was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very friendly. However, the room I was assigned next to the elevator was not a good choice for those seeking a quiet rest, as the poor soundproofing meant that the noise from the operating elevator was impossible to ignore.

Small old school hotel/motel. Still uses an actual metal key for the door. I got a queen bed room and that is what I got. Tiny room with a queen bed. The problem was the entire room was windows and couldn't open the curtains. Also because it was windows, it was loud. Could hear all the noises, the cars and buses and all the people walking around and talking. AC in the room was fantastic.

We loved our stay! 🌴 The staff was very welcoming, and everything was perfectly arranged. The infinity pool with an ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the live music in the evening created such a magical vibe. A wonderful place to relax everything was just perfect! 💫

Great location walking diatance to beach and better shopping stores and restaurants! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again.
