I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Perfect location in quite neighborhood,yet just few meters awal from historical sites. Easy to reach from city centre and bus shuttle/train station. Breakfast at the rooftop is excelent overlooking isabey mosque. Room has large space for two.

Excellent place with a lovely view of the harbour. Great to walk along the quayside with so many restaurants to choose from, including those on the little quay. Easy walk to the bazaar and tour companies had no issue collecting us front the front of the hotel.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

The service was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival as we could not communicate and find our ways to the hotel and the Manager of the hotel Mr Sadat was nice enough to pick us up using his own car to get to his hotel.
The breakfast served was excellent with wide variety.

바스마네역과 버스 정거장에서도 가까워 교통이 매우 편리. 근처에 슈퍼와 식당도 즐비. 조금만 걸으면 공원도 있다. 방이 넓어 좋았고 아침 식사도 맛있었다.
단점을 들자면 누군가 방에서 피는 담배 냄새가 스며들어온다는 점. 그것만 아니면 굉장히 만족스러운 숙소.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods…
Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. Thank you so much，I'd like to come back sometime。Recommended to the motherland travel friends让我感觉最好的酒店，宾至如归，优越的位置，距离风景区3公里，服务好早餐好，周边便利并隔壁就有很好的正餐餐厅。热情美丽的女主人亲自主动免费开车带我们参观阿尔忒弥斯神庙，并带我们到以弗所山遗迹的入口。十分温馨,非常感谢，希望有机会可以再来。推荐给中国的小伙伴们！

RR.ZhangLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

EEvgeniia TWe stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonMitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits.
Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest.
The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything.
The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night.
The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

TTwinriverWe stayed in Ayasoluk hotel for three nights. We are very happy that we chose this hotel as our base hotel for traveling around Selcuk. The location is perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus and taxi station. You can walk to St. John Basilica and Ephesus Museum . Also you can walk to bus station and take a mini bus to Ephesus Archaeological site for less than 10 minutes and TL30. A half day trip to the beautiful village of Sirince is highly recommended. You can take the morning bus from bus station in less than 20 minutes. You only pay TL 40 for one way.
The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the view from the terrace is pretty nice. Breakfast is typical Turkish cuisine and is very healthy. I would come back for my next visit in the region.

VVieraskäyttäjäVery nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow.
