I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Friendly hotel staff nearby folkart I came to do business and it was close. I expected the interior of the room to be more luxurious for the price I paid. I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one. so the price/quality ratio is poor, I wouldn't pay more than €90 for this room but unfortunately I paid almost €200 for this room. unfortunately i didn’t take pictures of the room because i were busy with business otherwise i would add pictures of the room that i paid too much for it’s defo not worth €200.

The service was excellent. We had a problem upon arrival as we could not communicate and find our ways to the hotel and the Manager of the hotel Mr Sadat was nice enough to pick us up using his own car to get to his hotel. The breakfast served was excellent with wide variety.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Hotel is racing with 5* otel... Hotel first rule is customer happiness... All team very friendly.. ... When you come to hotel Mr Ergin is at door.. he is working like 3 people.. always try for customer working.. all team reception breakfast house keep friendly.. they first purposal customer happines.. This hotel in reality serve like 5*.. i know some 4* hotel more expensive than this hotel... they cannot race with these hotel.. room very comfortable...everywhere clean.. breakfast excelent. dont search another hotel ..

RR.ZhangLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

RReza_AzadiPositive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.
