I have a feel good this accommodation, I will recommend to visit this hotel and I feel safe and good rooms maintenance. I really enjoyed my trip in this accommodation.

Hi, accidentally I made another payment when check in. Hotel kindly promise to refund the paid amount. However, after communicated with front desk, the refund status still remain unknown from 26-Mar till today…..which is quite disappointed with such service

VVieraskäyttäjäI was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned.
I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons.
Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

來之後：“好**，真值”
Desert Rock和Shebara都住了，都屬於red sea global旗下，住下來體驗兩家都完全值這個價
並且這種體驗感放在全世界我去過的所有地方都是獨一無二的存在，跟大溪地borabora一樣適合作為每個人的人生終極旅行目標
Shebara像是外星飛船停靠站，而Desert Rock更像是枕山棲谷的火星基地
這裏千百萬年前曾是海床，所以巖石形態非常獨特。房間和山體融為一體，每一個微小的設計細節都體現着超凡的審美。傍晚走在這吊橋上看着這世間美景，頗有白商素節的感覺
這兩個酒店也加入了我會一直n刷來很多次的清單

الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم

We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service.

Room furniture old and found no tooth paste in bathroom need to call room service .
AC was chilled n the remote was not working
