This was my **third stay** at the hotel, and once again my experience was excellent. The location is exceptional, with easy access to the Haram, which greatly enhanced my Umrah experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and uplifting. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff, who were always willing to help and ensured that my stay was both comfortable and spiritually fulfilling. Everything met and exceeded my expectations, and there was nothing I felt needed improvement. Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor with a beautiful view of the Clock Tower, along with a more spacious room. The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive throughout my stay. Having direct access to a shopping mall on the lower level was incredibly convenient, and the shuttle bus service was excellent and consistently reliable. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. You truly receive top-tier quality at very reasonable prices.

This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead.

Very good hotel with comfortable amenities, but it is not within walking distance to Al Haram in Makkah. A shuttle bus is available, which helps with transportation. The staff experience was mixed — the male front desk team could benefit from significant customer service training, as their approach felt a bit aggressive and lacked warmth. In contrast, the female staff members were much more professional and caring. I especially want to highlight a lady in niqab who assisted us with booking a car from the hotel to the train station. She went above and beyond, refusing to leave after her shift had ended and staying to ensure we secured the car on time. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was truly outstanding! One disappointment was with the connected rooms — unlike the photos, they did not feature king beds. Instead, we received four single beds (two in each room), which was not ideal for a small family. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel should improve cleanliness and maintenance. Despite being a relatively new property, it was clear that facilities management and housekeeping standards could be much better.

Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful, from the bell staff who assisted with our luggage to the reception and room service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Haram, though the walk is slightly uphill. On the first night, the extra bed we requested did not arrive, and we had to follow up again the next day before it was provided. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall our stay was still comfortable

الفندق جميل ولا اتوقع اكثر من كذا الاثاث نوعا ما قديم لكنه مرضي الافطار جيد ولكن قلة الموظفين عند الافطار الموظفين كل واحد يقول الزين عندي ما شاء الله من حارس الامن الى الاستقبال الى عمال الشنط وعمال الفطور المواقف كثيرة جدا يميز هالفندق موقعه ووجود سوق متصل فيه

Hotel is situated inside the clock tower, so it’s right in front of Masjid Al Haram. Sometimes the lift from the ground floor to the hotel reception takes a while as it gets packed.

Our stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah with Kaaba view was wonderful overall. The direct view of the Kaaba from the window made this accommodation very special and added so much to our visit. It’s truly a location you won’t forget. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests, and the walk to Masjid al-Haram took just a couple of minutes — super convenient for all prayer times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I think some areas could benefit from updated furnishings. Still, the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, and I would happily stay here again if I visit Makkah in the future.
