Came to do Umrah and in madina chose this hotel. Good location to the haram mosque. 3 min walk to gate 326. Good amenities around the hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel. Would come back again.

It was a pleasant stay here, with easy access to nabawi. I booked a room with a kitchen. ************* I got a spacious bed room, 2 bed room, 2 bathroom, 3 refrigerator, a living room. The location is also very strategic, in front of As syafiyah museum , many making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. There are three entrances leading to different locations, so you have plenty of options for where you want to go. Elevator access is also plentiful and fast. I actually booked a room with a view of the Haram, but Qadarullah, upon check-in, it turned out the room I'd booked was unavailable. I was replaced with a room with a partial Haram view, and was given compensation for sahur during my stay. I was a little disappointed, but that's okay; it was fate, and Allah will replace it with something better, inshaallah, ************* 'ala kulli hal. May Allah invite us back here in better condition and get a view of the Haram.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Good location. Close to women’s gate. Right behind Medina Oberoi hotel. Staff was great and breakfast was also delicious.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Exceptional Service and Hospitality The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, including the lobby attendants. My family (my wife, our two children and I) arrived from the UK to Madinah early in the morning around 5:00 AM. I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned that I was willing to pay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time. I then requested the possibility of an early check-in and offered to pay any additional charges, as we were extremely tired; especially our children aged 5 and 10. The staff were very understanding and assured us they would do their best. As soon as a family room became available, they promptly cleaned and prepared it for us, allowing us to check in around 10:30 AM. When I offered to pay an extra fee for the early check-in, they kindly declined and said, “No, thank you. We’re happy to help you.” Their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

Best hotel very close to Gate 10, very easy , on walking path towards QUBA MOSQUE. Good management. Upgraded us to executive suite plus beautiful HARAM view. 10/10

Hotel near to women prayer 25 26 Gate 339-338. Less than 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi's entrance. What I like was this hotel have many lifts (6 lift) so it takes less time to go up or down unlike the other hotel. Restaurant and shopping lot beside hotel, very convenient to eat & shop after taraweeh / pray. Breakfast International buffet with plchoices of food and staff quickly refill/top up the food if it nearly empty. All staffs are helpful from receptionist, housekeeping and concierge. I really satisfied staying here. Thanks for the hospitality and i will book this hotel again next time.

Overall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

Honestly, I really liked everything about this hotel. What I appreciate the most is the kindness of the staff. Right from those security guards at the entrance who goes extra miles and those guys/ brothers in grey t- shirts ( not sure what they are called) they were extremely wonderful, responsive and helpful. I wish I had names but those guys take their jobs very seriously and always wearing smile on their faces even in Ramadan.The receptionist were very helpful, professional and kind too. Great atmosphere!
