Very nice, next to the train station and the bus stop to go anywhere. You get exactly what you pay for. Good quality for the price.

Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para a cidade com cama de casal e foi-me atribuído um quarto sem vista para a cidade e com duas camas individuais! Quanto ao resto o Hotel tem bom serviço e está muito bem localizado!

Até ao que parecia, seria uma ótima estadia. No entanto um hotel muito comercial, nada focado no que é um 5 estrelas onde podemos contar com o melhor serviço. Não recomendo, sobretudo o jantar. Pouco profissionalismo e um preço excessivo relativo aos vinhos. Existe muitas opções no Douro, mas esta não recomendo.

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvä. Olen brasilialainen ja saavun Portoon ensimmäistä kertaa. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja kohteliasta, aina valmiina auttamaan. Tarvitsin ohjeita kaupungilla ja kysymyksiä hotellista, mutta he olivat erittäin avuliaita ja kohteliaita. Olin huolissani brasilialaisten ja portugalilaisten välisistä erilaisista aksenteista, mutta kaikki sujui melko mutkattomasti. Huone oli varsin hyvä, paitsi että siinä ei ollut minibaaria (kuten aiemmin varauksessa mainittiin). Kylpyhuoneen katossa oli pientä hometta yhdellä alueella, mutta ei mitään liian pahaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli erittäin hyvä; huone oli melko suuri ja sijainti oli loistava, lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia, tori, ravintoloita ja kirkko. Suosittelen sitä hintaansa nähden.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and well-served. The only drawback is that it's quite far from downtown Porto, if you plan to use public transportation.

Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto.

Although the hotel is not located in the heart of the city centre, but it is not far either on foot or taxi, with good value for money. The room is spacious and very clean with welcoming and leaving notes, adding the warmth to the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful with first-timer's questions. The roof-top bar is rather small and strangely located, as I have to come down to the reception and go back up the other lift. All in all, it has been and amazing stay in the lovely town.

The hotel is greatly located with nice view. The unusual architecture and very nice facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas. The presence of the parking lots and EV charging station are also very attractive. Ideal place for tranquil escape from the city noise. A lot of wineries are around.

เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ไม่ไกลจากปอร์โต้ วิ่งตามถนนเลียบทะเล+แม่น้ำไปเรื่อยๆก็ถึง วิวสวยมาก ใกล้จุดท่องเที่ยวแบบเดินถึง ใกล้ๆมีร้านอาหารอร่อย และมีห้างใหญ่ให้ช้อปปิ้ง อาหารเช้า อร่อยดี ขนมปังอร่อยมาก แต่พวกแฮม ไส้กรอกค่อนข้างเค็ม ที่จอดรถแอบงงเล็กน้อย ค่อนข้างแคบ และลงยาก ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ สวยงาม สะอาด หอม พนักงานต้อนรับ ให้การต้อนรับเราอย่างอบอุ่น ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินปอร์โต รถไม่ค่อยติด เพราะไม่ใช่ใจกลางเมือง รถวิ่งชิลล์ๆ

Everything was good there accept cleanliness when i checked in the room everthibg was good but when i turned off the light there was ant on my bes and it was really difficult for me to sleep and when i woke up i see the floor it was full of ants and when i opened the door there was a vase and there were alot of ants it was a worst experience for me they have to take care of these things
