I hadn't been to Peniche before. Decided to stay at the Star Inn and really glad that I did. Very helpful staff and location is right next to a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was really good as was the buffet dinner which was reasonably priced with a wide choice of food available. There's also an excellent Surf School and equipment rentals - Special Surf 78 located in the hotel lobby. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Peniche. It's a very nice hotel for a family stay and for solo travellers. I'd definitely recommend it!

This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel truly special.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views from the window. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort.
The restaurant was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and varied meals that turned every breakfast and dinner into a delightful experience.
Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!

O hotel surpreendeu pela positiva.
Excelente pequeno almoço, com uma diversidade fora do comum. Alimentação muito saudável.
Excelente espaço/decoração.
Água da piscina devia estar mais quente, pois existe uma diferença gigante de temperatura do jacuzzi para a piscina.
Recomendo muito.

Ponto forte o horário do pequeno almoço (6.30h-12h) que facilita quem começa cedo a trabalhar.
Atendimento com simpatia e profissionalismo.
Ponto fraco: limpeza dos quartos (não eram aspirados diariamente) e confeção dos ovos mexidos ao pequeno almoço

Superbe hôtel, calme et accueillant. Avons passé 8 jours et sincèrement on a été comme des coqs en pâte. Le personnel est très attentif et prévenant. Les chambres suffisamment grandes, propres et confortables avec une superbe vue sur la mer et Nazaré, et une literie au top. Les serveurs et serveuses lors des repas sont à nos petits soins.
J'ai une pensée pour notre maître d'hôtel Luis, qui nous a choyés tous les soirs au restaurant.
Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

這家酒店滿足了我對於歐洲古老酒店的全部期待：房屋就不用説了，很有歷史的建築，傢俱隨便一件都是18世紀的，裝飾物件很古董、對於我這種懷舊感很強烈的人無疑充滿吸引。早餐儀式感十足，食物質量新鮮可口，吃得十分滿足，員工個個優雅大方，熱情周到。酒店環境不用説了，精緻美麗。泳池帶給我們很多快樂和悠閑。當然，這種古老的酒店因房間不大，無法一一週全滿足，比如沒有咖啡茶隨時可以自助等，但是在小鎮中世紀節能夠住上感覺非常幸運。這裏的客人也很優雅有品位，愉悦無比！希望以後有機會還能來這裏。

O hostel é tao incrivel que até reservei novamente e so estou indo embora porque tenho compromisso! Hahaha Ficaria de fato 1 semana facil, o staff é incrivel, o restaurante embaixo tem comida incrivel a preco justo, tudo muito limpo, não tem mosquitos, e cada cama tem seu “armario” incrivel! Nota 1.000

VVieraskäyttäjäRefeicoes só fizemos o pequeno almoço e estava bom. Ja la tinha estado á uns bons anos e embora tenham feito uma reforma, achei que o quarto merecia uma reforma maior. O quarto onde ficamos era demasiado pequeno. O SPA continua tambem igual ao que tinhamos experimentado á anos atras e a massagem foi boa. O staff muito simpatico

VVieraskäyttäjäThe village, Aljubarrota, is itself of great historical interest. It is around 10 minutes to Alcobaca. We found the area to be very pleasant. As for the Casa da Padeira itself, the quality of service and comfort was extremely good. For example, the breakfast was excellent, as were the rooms and the immediate surroundings of the Casa. I should add that we were given a list of suggested restaurants in the vicinity which turned out to be quite useful.
In all, this was a surprising, very worthwhile visit.

Location is about the best you can get, about 50 meters away from the beach roaf. the only cons is that you probably need to park the car somewhere else. We had a nice seaview from our balcony. Breakfast was ok.

AAndrewontripThe good: Hotel staff was very nice and easily approachable, breakfast had a decent amount of variety for the hotel size and fparking came included with the booking which was nice.
The less good: Our sink was 95% clogged and would drain very slow. Our hair drier would only work for 15 seconds at a time before needing a cooldown period and there was left over chewed gum in the shower which left us wondering the thoroughness of the cleaning before we arrive.

VVieraskäyttäjäLoved staying at the Casa. It is very quiet, relaxing and beautiful property. The gardens and the pool are excellent. Yet, you are close to the center within 15 minutes of walk. the breakfast was really good and a nice way to interact with other guests. I wish there was a kettle in the room. And the bathroom had a musty smell. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
