Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.

My Malaysian retiree friend recommended this hotel which is connected to 1U mall via linked bridge, and 30% cheaper for us compared to the other hotel in the mall. We arrived after midnight via coach, it helps that it is walking distance from transportation hub. The room is clean, free mini bar and room was made up nicely everyday.

Room is ok but the soundproof is very bad. We cannot sleep at all. Also someone smoking whole night making the air very stuffy! There is a public smoking corner at same floor resulting in this! No difference from non-smoking room which i requested! No toiletries and we had to bring our own. Because of the smoking area made us not wanting to come back again!

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

Hyvä herra tai rouva, Haluaisin jakaa palautetta viimeaikaisesta hotellista. Minulle osoitettiin yhteyshuone, josta en tiennyt sisäänkäynnin aikana. Valitettavasti, melu vierekkäisestä huoneesta jatkui noin 1:00 a.m. , joten minun on vaikea nukkua. Ääni alkoi sitten uudelleen noin kello 6:00, ja vaikuttaa edelleen lepooni. Olisin kiitollinen, jos voisitte ystävällisesti neuvoa, miksi yhteenliitäntähuone on osoitettu, varsinkin kun vierekkäinen huone oli miehitetty vieraita tuntematon minulle. Haluan myös korostaa joitakin huolenaiheita huoneen hygieniasta, ja huomasin, että hiukset ovat huoneen useilla alueilla, ja myös veriväreitä oli leikkauspussissa, joka oli hyvin kyseenalaista. I stayed at Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA and had a very comfortable experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, as the hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long flight. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The swimming pool area was pleasant, although the water was quite cold. The hotel also has a spa and wellness area, with separate sections for men and women. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and international food. Overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it. As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works). We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

The resort is located on a small mountain nearby sungai long. There are many facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice views. There are water park, dino park, go-cart, safari escape, etc. You get 15% for entrance fees with stay in the resort. Infinite pool has superb view to dino park. There are restaurants i.e. thai, japanese, bali.... foods are nice but also pricy. I think many people grab.
