Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast

Впечатление от отеля не однозначные. Плюсы-удобное месторасположение, рядом Королевский дворец, парк, супермаркет. За 10дх на такси можно уехать в Медину. Хорошие завтраки, удобные номера. Минусы-в коридорах очень сильный запах ароматизаторов, не для аллергиков. В номерах в душе скользкий пол. Служба сервиса работает плохо. С утра горничная собрала полотенца, принесла только после обеда. Воду, пакетики чая и кофе на втрой день не принесли. Горничная разбила флакон духов Шанель и спрятала разбитый флакон в косметичку( было не приятно остаться в поездке без духов). Крытая парковка для проживающих в отеле гостей стоит платная-40 дхм.

Magnifique expérience, toutefois quelques points négatifs à souligner.
Lors du petit déjeuner, le responsable nous a suivis pour nous demander de régler, alors même que nous avions communiqué notre numéro de chambre à l’entrée petit déjeuner était compris. Cette situation nous a mis particulièrement mal à l’aise devant les autres clients.
Par ailleurs, après avoir acheté deux soins pour un montant de plus de 1 700 dirhams, j’ai souhaité patienter une vingtaine de minutes à la piscine. L’accès m’a pourtant été refusé, sauf à payer un supplément de 200 dirhams pour ces quelques minutes.

3 minutes walk to Elhdim plaza, situated in quiet area.
The Riad is located in the heart of the medina,classic old Moroccan buildings with the terrace with fantastic views of rooftops and minarets.
Nice Moroccan breakfast .
The service is great ,

設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷）
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。
環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。
服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行）
總之，一等一推薦！

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

VVieraskäyttäjäMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej
Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

VVieraskäyttäjäDar D'or Fes is the definition of hospitality. Namir and his staff went beyond our expectations and took great care of us from the beginning. He provides useful information for navigating the medina and advice for finding good tour guides and day trip providers. Alrhough the stairs were quite steep to get to our suite, the staff made sure we didn't have to carry our luggage up. They were also extremely flexible to accommodate our itinerary. We had to leave at 8am for our day trip to chefchaouen and the day of departure and on both days they prepared breakfast for us prior to the regular time. All in all, it was a very heart warming experience staying at Dar D'or Fes. I will give it q score of AMAZING out of 10!

MmyasharOur experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress.
Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace.
The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool.
Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

VVieraskäyttäjäA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко)
Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

The man owns this guesthouse helped us to find the house because he has stand in front of the small alley. He sells jewellery and Paint. They didn’t reply messages, was bit worrying. Just follow the map. Youll find him. It has only one Bathroom and another toilet. Small warm guest house run by its family. The Lady speaks only french. They served tasty maroccan bfast. Its in the middle Fes el Bali. But im sure there is better place for you. Since we booked almost last minute. I hope it will help you and them.
