The hotel is still in the soft opening phase. We have received a very warm welcome and enjoyed the very good service from the reception. Probably the best hotel in Pakse, good breakfast with fresh made noodle soup and eggs. We enjoyed the warm outside pool and decided to extend our trip. Overall everybody is very service oriented and we would like to thank the entire team for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Se on erittäin hyvä sijainti hotelli, jossa on ATM ja paljon ravintoloita sen vieressä. Palvelu ja huoltohenkilöstö Menee huoneeseen, se näyttää puhtaalta ja viihtyisältä, mutta pyytää rikkomaan tähtiä, koska kun olin, löysin jotain, joka ei ole kovin mukavaa. 1. TV ei voi katsella. En voi kääntää mitään kanavia ollenkaan. Soita vastaanottavaa auttaa järjestämään, mutta en voi silti katsella sitä. 2. TV:n etäisyydellä ei ole hiiltä. 3. Ilmastointi vesi virtaa kunnes nuorempi henkilöstö, joka tulee tehdä TV vielä sanoo. 4. Jääkaappi ei toimi. Yritä kytkeä joka kanava ja sitä ei voi käyttää. 5. Huoneessa ei ole tuolia kuten kuvassa. Kun ostin jotain syötävää, istuin sen sijaan sängyn vieressä pöydän. 6. Kylpyhuoneessa, kun otetaan suihku, vesi ei kaadu kaikessa, vesi, uh, kunnes vessa 7. Huone ei pidä äänen ollenkaan. I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The two reception staff, the gentleman and the lady at the front desk were truly outstanding. They were so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home and left such a positive impression. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable!

Lovely resort in Pakse which faces the Mekong river so there is a lovely view and breeze! The staff were amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists. I'm sure this resort will get very popular soon as it is a hidden gem. I stayed over Christmas and was able to have the receptionists help me book activities during my stay. I would recommend booking their taxi service from the airport as there are no local taxis available.

The hotel was greatly situated on the island. They arranged everything for us including transfers back to Pakse. We hired bikes at 30,000kip each for 2 days and this was great fun. The hotel also did all of our laundry at a fee but it was beautifully clean! The hotel restaurant did amazing food and we particularly liked the breakfast! The pool and amenities were great and we loved our room and balcony. Would highly recommend this!! :)

This hotel is nicely located the river. And is just in front of the Night Market. But generally the area is a bit lackluster. There are 102 restaurants and coffee shops nearby doesn't appear to be a really vibrant area. The hotel has only one elevator and strangely enough easily accessible staircases . Rather odd. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming and the coffee really not drinkable. But all in all a bad experience and reasonable for the price

El hotel es fácil de ubicar en Google maps, a una cuadra de la avenida principal, da atención las 24hrs, hasta espacio para aparcar, ofrece servicios extra de lavandería y renta de motobikes, el recepcionista es muy amable, servicial, solo debería mejorar su ingles, nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi para el aeropuerto. La habitación es amplia, con amenities básicos, shampoo, jabón, botellas de agua (diaria), toallas blancas, clóset,air/con, WiFi aceptable, eso si el olor de la canalización del baño era algo fuerte. Cabe recordar que se deja 100000.00 LAK como security deposit (aprox $4.62) Y lo devuelven a tu check out.

a bit disappointed that they firstly didn't allow us to swim in the pool as they said we need to buy swimming cap to enter pool, which cost 7$. after we say no, they said we still can swim, but make sure the hair not touch water, very weird.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel mais c’était très agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine après un long voyage en minibus, chambre spacieuse moderne et pour une fois des oreillers de bonne taille qui nous ont évité de nous réveiller avec un torticolis, la salle à manger est très confortable avec ses grands fauteuils nous avons même pris le dîner sur place car les alentours n’étaient pas très avenants.. le petit déjeuner était à la carte, un buffet aurait été mieux pour éviter des longues attentes quand tout un groupe passe commande avec plein d’exigences particulières en anglais au pauvre serveur laotien qui n’a qu’un vocabulaire restreint ….
