Room was clean The location of the hotel was good. The balcony was small, but it was still big enough to enjoy breakfast during warm weather, and the view was very beautiful. However, I should mention something for people who are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping. The hotel is close to the airport, which makes transportation very convenient, but you may hear airplanes at night while sleeping. There is also a large square in front of the hotel where people walk, ride bicycles, walk their pets, and sometimes gather to sing songs together. It’s actually a nice and lively activity, but again, people who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind. Personally, I am not very sensitive to noise, so although I heard the sounds, I was still able to sleep comfortably. Since we were traveling with a baby and using a stroller, the room felt a bit small for us, so I wanted to mention that as well. Overall, the room was clean. However, the hotel no longer provides the complimentary personal care kits (like toothbrush and toothpaste) that used to be common in hotels, so it’s better to bring your own. The shampoo provided was also not very good and there was no separate conditioner, so I ended up buying my own. On the positive side, there are markets right behind and next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The gym was quite small, probably suitable for about five people. There was also a parking issue. The hotel’s own parking area is very small for such a large hotel, so we were directed to park on the street in front of the hotel. It was free, but it may still be inconvenient for families with children. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful.

The location is convenient to several bus routes, tourist areas, and convenience stores. Still, it’s not the best for foreign travellers because there is not much tourist information or recommendations available in other languages. The ondol style bed is too thin (about 1cm of cheap foam). They will not give you additional blankets or pillows so I bought a yoga mat and cushions to make it more comfortable. Otherwise, the room is pretty nice. There’s a washing machine but no drying function. There’s lots of places to hang the clothes. The breakfast was good. Different food every day. Recommend to go earlier for best selection.

The hotel is very clean and accessible. Room is also very spacious. Its near to the black pork street and some shopping areas! Indoor parking is free but limited. There’s free outdoor parking near the hotel too. Near Jeju airport too, would recommend!!

Good location, close to the seafront and coastal walks. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The gym is very small, so if there’s more than two people in there it feels busy. Laundry service is so slow, as only a couple of machines for the hotel. When we stayed there were over 50 children also staying at the hotel for a football camp, this made breakfast chaotic, and also they get preference for the laundry, on our last day we gave laundry to reception at 10am, we didn’t get it back until 8pm, we were told it would take 3 hours! Overall though nice place to stay, and the staff were friendly.

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the city center, it’s just a few steps to the bus stop, easy to reach nearby popular attractions. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can basically get everything you need for breakfast. If you don’t feel like eating from the convenience store, you can also walk to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay! Also, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel is my top choice for accommodation in Jeju Island, highly recommend!

Kenny Stay Jeju on loistava sijainti lähellä Seogwipo Market, joten se on erittäin mukava ruokaa ja näkymää. Oma sisäänkirjautuminen on nopea ja helppo, mitä todella pidin. Huoneen puhtaus voisi kuitenkin olla parempi, ja sisäilma tuntui hieman runsaasti ajoittain. Kuitenkin, hintaan, se on hyvä ja käytännöllinen paikka jäädä Seogwipo.

We stayed here for 6 days with my two daughters, we were very happy and satisfied. The room was clean, bright and very spacious and the view was stunning/breathtaking, you really feel like you’re in vacation, the ocean right in front of you. And the staff are very kind, they let us check in early, they are very polite and considerate.. I love this place, we will definitely comeback, highly recommended..

Pretty much self contained resort. I had a rented car, but ended up not going anywhere and stayed the whole time in resort. There are lots of restaurants in the premises, that I have found sufficient. Also there’s a small theme park, where we went at the best time of the year! There was literally no queue whatsoever. Loved it!

We stay 2N here and is amazing snowing morning surprising us when we open the window, the opposite is a beautiful garden and we capture many beautiful photos on snowy day, room is as advertised and comfortable to stay, only the basement car park is one way for up & down way, my driving skill is being tested here, overall is satisfying & recommended to stay & value for money during Dec (is low season.)
