"Good location, close to the seafront and coastal walks. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The gym is very small, so if there’s more than two people in there it feels busy. Laundry service is so slow, as only a couple of machines for the hotel. When we stayed there were over 50 children also staying at the hotel for a football camp, this made breakfast chaotic, and also they get preference for the laundry, on our last day we gave laundry to reception at 10am, we didn’t get it back until 8pm, we were told it would take 3 hours! Overall though nice place to stay, and the staff were friendly."

"The hotel is very clean and accessible. Room is also very spacious. Its near to the black pork street and some shopping areas! Indoor parking is free but limited. There’s free outdoor parking near the hotel too. Near Jeju airport too, would recommend!!"

"The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least."

"Clean room with fresh sheets and great view of Hallasan from the room. Although room is not the newest and they don’t provide amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, there were hand wash liquid and lotion provided. Toilet was also big. Had to park our car at a big sheltered public parking space about 2 mins away from the hotel but it was not a problem. Hotel is nearby food area and is walking distance away from the popular market. Overall, a great experience at Hotel Golden Daisy, value for money and would stay here again!"

"Wonderful location!! Tremendous restaurants and shops surrounding. It fulfilled all my demands including near by airport, transportation friendly and amazing ocean view. The room cleaning service was also satisfying, the only way I could complain about is the soundproofing problem. I am sure that I will choose here again for the next Jeju trip!"

"진짜 너무 깨끗하고 시설이 맘에듭니다 너무 센스있는 일회용 수세미 일회용 행주, 일회용 칫솔, 비닐봉지 쓰레기봉투 등 너무 센스있습니다 팬션에 항상 고기구워먹거나 약간의 음식을해먹을때 소금 후추 식용유 등 사기 꺼려지는데 센스있게 구비되어있습니다 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 다 너무 좋고, 헤어드라이기도 정말 강하게 작동되어 머리 말리기 좋습니다 최신형 정수기 너무 신기하고 맘에듭니다 정말 숙소안의 모든것이 맘에들지만 하나의단점이 있다면 환기시킬때 말똥? 소똥? 시골의 향기가 나서 살짝 아쉽지만 이것은 자연의 향기라 제주의 느낌 더 많이 받고갑니다 그리고 공용 길리카페 시설 너무 좋아요 커피머신에 얼음까지 너무 좋아요 상비약이 구비되어있는데 약, 열체크하는거 ,밴드 메디폼 등등 진짜 이보다 좋은센스있는 숙소 못봤습니다"

"This is my 2nd time staying here at Bolton hotel and I was able to book the same exact room. The bed is so soft and the shower is so hot. The view looks great. The area is near many thing within walking distance. Level floor has KFC next door. It was delicious. Free parking is great. Please liste. To the attendant for instructions as it's a auto storage parking type. The lobby is great hang out and you can leave luggage there for early arrivals and after checkout. I asked for a wine bottle opener and they had one right away. The pictures I took look exactly like their pictures. I will try to stay here again."

"Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?"
