Good location, close to the seafront and coastal walks. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The gym is very small, so if there’s more than two people in there it feels busy. Laundry service is so slow, as only a couple of machines for the hotel. When we stayed there were over 50 children also staying at the hotel for a football camp, this made breakfast chaotic, and also they get preference for the laundry, on our last day we gave laundry to reception at 10am, we didn’t get it back until 8pm, we were told it would take 3 hours! Overall though nice place to stay, and the staff were friendly.

Beautiful hotel at a great location. The room was wonderful. The view was unbeatable. Mice white sand beach (Gwakji) is maybe 150-200m across the lawn. . The hotel and room was spotless. The room was a great size with a spacious bathroom with a beautiful deep tub. The room was really warm and cosy. The large king sized bed was very comfortable. Had cleaning each day. The coffee they make in the cafe in the lobby was delicious.  Staff was really friendly. There are lots  of small restaurants to walk to. We ate at a bbq place and the hamburger place next to the hotel. Both were excellent. There is both underground and above ground parking at the hotel. Each to navigate to different parts of the island from the hotel. Overall there is nothing negative about this place

Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts.

This is amazing hotel and the location is very near and it’s walkable distance to beach and I rate this full as the environment and hotel rooms are good reception ppls are helpful they speak English and when you walk down you will find bhc restaurant you must try this restaurant for sure

Booked this hotel for another 2 nights. Overall my experience is very good. Nice hotel with convenient location. Great value for money especially in off season. I think I’ll come back to stay here again on my next trips

It was a really convenient place for our stay. There's olive young downstairs and 7/11. There's also a laundromat across with super affordable pricing. There was also ample parking space at the basement if you were driving. Couldn't ask for more for a family of 3. We were traveling in late Dec. Would come back here to stay again!

Very good location. There is a direct bus (600) from the airport to the hotel, alight at Saetgijeong Park, the ride is about 1hr 45mins. Hotel staff speak good English and are always helpful. Olle market is just a 10-min walk. And there is a CU reattached to the hotel. Will definitely be back to hotel on my next visit!

This hotel truly impressed me with its attention to ALL details. 1) breakfast was amazing! 2) room was WELL EQUIPPED with Everything. - a closet that sanitized clothes - room slippers / bathroom slippers / balcony slippers - lots of snacks and water - bathrobes, bedroom slippers - coffee machine / tea 3) on site parking (though it was abit tough to park) 4) convenience store and food nearby 5) phone could connect to tv to play my own YouTube videos 6) room was clean!!!
