We like the traditional Japanese room experience. The bed is very comfortable.
The indoor onsen is okay. The outdoor onsen condition is not very nice and quite small.
Their restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the food a lot. Definitely to book a night with set dinner. Very friendly staffs.

The location and view are excellent, it was close to Mt. Fuji. With clear and good weather, you are able to see Mt. Fuji with a specular view. The staff provides excellent service to the quests. If I am really critical, it just doesn't have a gym room. Breakfast and dinner are great too, high quality! Highly recommended!

Great experience here. They ensured check-in was smooth. The view of Mt Fuji is spectacular. Our room had the close-up view of Mt Fuji. Really great experience staying here. We cancelled our morning plans to stay in the hotel to enjoy it more before we check-out. Staffs are really friendly and can speak English. However, if you want to contact them before the stay, you'll have to call them, as they rarely respond to emails.
They also provided with 2 free tickets of Fuji Q Highland theme park tickets. However, take note that in order to take rides in the park, you'll need to purchase a separate ticket for each ride. The ticket they've provided is only for entry into the park.
Overall, a great stay and enjoyed the experience here.

I had a great stay at this hotel near Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. The hotel offers convenient parking for guests, which is very helpful if you travel by car.
One thing I really liked was the modern self check-in system. The hotel provides a check-in machine that makes the process fast and easy. It feels very modern and efficient.
The hotel also provides a complimentary breakfast every morning, which is a nice way to start the day before exploring the area.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to several scenic spots where you can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting the Mount Fuji area.

Very clean, cozy and nice. They even turned on the heater prior to our arrival! The location is good when you are driving, it is located slightly distant from the lake Kawaguchi (crowded place). However it is very accessible when you are driving. Very nice place and mt. Fuji is just right in front of you. Remember to email them 2-3days before your check in date. You can pre-check in easily and just need to go to the booth and register your passport once you have arrived.

Arrived on a heavy snow and my shoe were all wet. Were told that our room were not ready but the lady quickly offered me a Shoe Dryer to dry my shoe. The room were quite spacious. It has beautiful view of Mt Fuji. The onsen have the same beautiful view of Mt Fuji. 20 mins walk to the Kawaguchi station. But within 5 mins walk around the hotel, there are Lawson, restaurants and also a huge supermarket. Recommended.

Perfect for groups and special occasions , would love to return
I truly believe this villa offers an amazing view of Mount Fuji, especially with its rooftop area. Unfortunately, due to the weather during our stay, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji at all. That said, I can imagine how stunning it would be on a clear day.
This was our New Year trip, and on New Year’s Eve we bought ingredients from the supermarket and cooked a reunion dinner here. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, which was extremely thoughtful and made the experience feel just like home.
I highly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family traveling together. The villa has two floors, allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. There are separate bathrooms and kitchen areas, which makes staying together very comfortable. We could gather on the rooftop to hang out, then each return to our own rooms to rest.
Despite missing the Mount Fuji view this time, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located less than 1 km from Kawaguchiko Station, making it easy to access by foot or car. There is free parking available, which is very convenient for those driving.
The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. From the room, we could see half of Mt. Fuji, and when stepping outside the hotel, the front view of Mt. Fuji is absolutely stunning—a great spot for photos.
The hotel is also very well located, with Hard-Off within walking distance and a supermarket right next door, making it easy to shop for daily needs.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great views, excellent location, and convenience. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and has a free hot spring onsen. The hotel is quite far from the station, but it’s worth it because Mount Fuji is right behind it—huge and absolutely beautiful 😭. It’s also close to a large Daiso. Very satisfying / I’m very satisfied.♥️♥️♥️

The hotel has nice rooms, more spacious than what you get in the city. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was sufficient. Staff very polite and helpful, as is the case in all of Japan😅

The highlight of our stay was the view — and it’s no exaggeration. Whether it’s early morning when the summit catches the first rays of sunlight, or during a serene sunset, the unobstructed view of Mount Fuji reflected in Lake Kawaguchiko is simply unforgettable. I woke up early just to capture a time-lapse of the sunrise, and it was worth every second of lost sleep. We also filmed a sunset time-lapse, and again, Fuji didn’t disappoint.

Although the hotel offers a shuttle bus pickup service, we chose to walk from Kawaguchiko Station — and it was a delightful decision. The 20–30 minute stroll is scenic and peaceful. We even stopped by a local supermarket for some ice cream while enjoying views of Mt. Fuji in the background. It was an experience that made us feel like locals soaking in a perfect day.

The tatami-style room was clean, spacious, and gave us a deeply authentic Japanese lodging experience. Sliding doors, futon beds, and traditional touches made our stay both relaxing and culturally immersive.

Our stay included both breakfast and dinner, and the food was outstanding. A beautifully arranged kaiseki-style dinner showcased seasonal ingredients, fresh sashimi, grilled seafood, and hot pots. Breakfast was equally satisfying with a variety of small dishes and a perfectly cooked grilled fish. Everything was crafted with care and served with hospitality.

SSimon.WI booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space.
That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total.
There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily.
Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30.
Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving.
Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

We booked this resort near Mount Fuji very late, and we were really worried because almost everything was already sold out. But it turned out to be one of the most wonderful stays we’ve ever had on any of our trips to Japan.
The resort has several staff members who speak Vietnamese, and they helped us so much. Every time we needed to go somewhere, the shuttle bus took us to the station—even the times when I requested it late without booking an hour in advance, they still tried their best to arrange a pickup. Their kindness truly showed how much they care about their guests. From the driver to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and always smiling. They were genuinely adorable and made us feel so welcomed.
Our room was a huge surprise: a massive apartment-style space with four beds even though there were only two of us, plus two bathrooms. Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The resort is located in a large forest, so the moment you step inside, you can smell the gentle scent of pine wood everywhere. The atmosphere feels grounding and refreshing—as if the Earth itself is recharging you.
One of the best parts is that they have dedicated areas for pets. I got to play with some of the guests’ pets, and it was honestly such a sweet experience. Breakfast was delicious every morning, in a very authentic Japanese style. I went down for breakfast every day, and the dining area has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji—I even recorded some stunning videos there.
I never imagined I would be able to book a resort this amazing. It seems like it has been operating for many years, with a rustic and warm charm that I absolutely fell in love with. Down at the reception area, they also sell all kinds of Mount Fuji souvenirs. When you’re out sightseeing in the Fuji area, you tend to buy a lot of souvenirs and snacks, which makes your bags very heavy—but the resort sells everything right there. I compared the prices, and they were actually much cheaper than the tourist spots, so we bought all our gifts there. Super convenient!
I genuinely want to come back to this resort for future trips. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I absolutely adore it. Highly, highly recommended.

There are two beds downstairs, and upstairs there are three futon beds, which makes the space feel very spacious and comfortable. It also comes with a living area, and even the outdoor area is really nice. The toilet is clean, beautiful, and quite spacious as well. The service is top-notch — one night we didn’t know how to turn on the heater, so we called the staff, and they came to our room at night to help us turn it on. The service was truly excellent. I would definitely come back again. Totally regret booking only one night.

The facilities inside the room are a little old and beddings are not so comfortable though the room is spacious. With a hot spa free of charge for guests, it’s really relaxing to enjoy that facility.
