This is really a 5 star experience! They have many on-site dining options - all with a lovely view of the Concordia temple. All food was fabulous and featured local, seasonal ingredients.
The resort also has a private entrance to the Valle dei Templi park which allows guests to beat the crowds and enjoy a peaceful walk through pristine nature to reach the temples. I hope to return in the future!

Vietimme tässä hotellissa lyhyen aikaa. Sen tärkein etu on sen sijainti, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta.
Se ei kuitenkaan ole oikea neljän tähden hotelli. Huone oli pieni ja ennen kaikkea vanhanaikainen. Hotelli ei selvästikään ole Accor-ketjun muiden neljän tähden hotellien tasolla. Se kaipaa kipeästi remonttia. Suihku on pieni ja kylpyhuoneen maali hilseili paikoin. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotellilta puuttui viehätystä.
Aamiainenkaan ei yltänyt neljän tähden tasolle. Buffet oli suppea, kahvinkeitin oli automaattinen, mutta ei kunnollista leivänpaahdinta, ja leivonnaiset olivat loppu joka päivä (aamiainen sulkeutuu klo 10.00, joten unohda pitkä nukkuminen...).
Meillä ei ollut huono oleskelu, mutta olimme pettyneitä laatuun, joka oli paljon alle sen, mitä neljän tähden Accor-hotellilta odottaisi.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в данном отеле. Мы пожалели, что не остались подольше. Отель невероятно красивый, с богатой историей и это чувствуется. Замечательный бассейн, чтобы поплавать и позагорать возле него. Вид с балкончика у нас был очень красивый. Уборка номера отличная. Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно : яйца, выпечка, йогурты, нарезка сыра и колбасы, фрукты, кофе. Территория отеля большая, чтобы погулять, посидеть в красивом саду. Очень хотели бы вернуться снова. Небольшой минус-отель находится далековато от исторического центра, 30-40 минут пешком, но плюс местоположения в том, что ночью тихо, район спокойный и безопасный.

Struttura bellissima, personale sempre molto gentile e cortese i ragazzi della sala sono fantastici sempre con il sorriso e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La cucina è DIVINA non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità dei piatti.
Le camere bellissime, ampie ma soprattutto molto luminose e pulite.

A stylish hotel, in a fabulous location! We could see Mt Etna from this gorgeous hotel.
Parking was free.
From the time we arrived until the time we left, we could not fault it.
I highly recommend this really beautiful hotel.

Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!

It was very nice and the decoration and Furniture was very antique and nice. The rooms were nice and had clean sheets and Two TV’s. The bathroom as well was very clean and nice although there was no toothbrush holder. Besides the rooms the Hotel had amazing breakfast service and very clean nice courtyards and a Poll and Scuba diving, They also have a Spa and restaurant. An Overall amazing Hotel, The only downside was the location being far from the City but with horrible Traffic inside the city it was nice to be a little bit away from the city center.

Soggiorno impeccabile al Serena Palace, camera moderna, pulitissima e arredata con un gusto superiore che riflette la bellezza di Mazara. La posizione è strategica per esplorare il centro, ma a colpire davvero è l'accoglienza di Marco calorosa e attenta ai minimi dettagli. MMike_travelHotelli sijaitsee aivan Taorminaan johtavan köysiradan vieressä. Huoneet ovat yksinkertaisia ja hieman vanhentuneita, mutta riittävät yhdeksi yöksi. Hotellista on kaunis näköala merelle Ilmainen pysäköinti ei ole helppoa sesonkiaikana (viljan liikenteen alueella).

AAurora PietrosantiIo e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare un viaggio in Sicilia, tappe Palermo, Agrigento e Catania. Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così!
La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting.
The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks.
The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me.
Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3
I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

VVieraskäyttäjäOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.
What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.
The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

VVieraskäyttäjäCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

Sijainti ei kuitenkaan todellakaan ole sopiva Palermosta nauttimiseen. Itse asiassa hotelli on kaukana keskustasta ja historiallisesta keskustasta, ja sinne on edelleen erittäin monimutkaista päästä kulkuvälineillä: raitiovaunu on kaukana hotellista ja bussi, joka kuitenkin sijaitsee hotellin vieressä, ei todellakaan ole täsmällinen, joskus odotimme melkein tunnin päästäksemme sellaisen.

This was a short distance to both towns, and had a beautiful view of the valley. I drove and parked here- coming from Palermo. The owners were very kind and helpful with some questions I had about driving in the area, and were able to accommodate me when I unexpectedly arrived early. They cooked a lovely dinner, and prepared breakfast for me early in the morning before my drive back. It was peaceful and quiet, and I just really enjoyed looking out my room into the beautiful green valley.
Ho visitato questo posto durante un viaggio da sola, con destinazione sia San' Angelo Muxaro che San Biagio Platani (La posizione è eccellente se si visita uno di questi comuni.). Era a breve distanza da entrambi i paesi e offriva una splendida vista sulla valle. Ho guidato e parcheggiato qui, venendo da Palermo. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a rispondere ad alcune mie domande sulla guida in zona, e sono stati in grado di ospitarmi quando sono arrivato inaspettatamente in anticipo. Mi hanno preparato una cena deliziosa e la colazione la mattina presto, prima del mio ritorno.
