Bem localizado , próximo a marinha de Orosei , a cidade não tem muito o que fazer, apenas passeios de barcos pelo golfo de Orosei, que por sinal é lindo.
O hotel tem restaurante, piscina, é antigo mas bem conservado. Bom custo x beneficio.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, well thought breakfast...whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀

I had an amazing stay at Catalunya Hotel.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant served typical dishes, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service.
Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay comfortable.
Highly recommended!

Muy bien todo, aunque a nuestra llegada tenían un problema con la electricidad por lo que no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación puesto que sin el ordenador no supieron decirnos que habitación teníamos.
Si tenéis un SUV el parking del hotel es bastante estrecho asi que decidimos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle.
La ducha algo estrecha
A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto perfecto, la recepcionista muy amable, las habitaciones bien, desayuno también, repetiría estancia en este hotel sin problemas

GGlobetrotter_SKIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

VVieraskäyttäjäAVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating.
The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive.
Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment.
ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception.
If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

Hotellilobby henkilöstö oli apua ja tervetullut. Yleensä meillä oli ihana oleskelu, mutta tunsimme, että on muutamia asioita, jotka hotelli voisi tehdä parantaa vieras kokemusta erityisesti 5 tähden hotelli: 1. Huomasimme muotoiluun kulmissa suihku ja suihkupää. Ehkä puhdistushenkilökunta ei tee huolellisesti puhdistaa tai ajatella käsitellä malli ongelma, joka on pettymys uuden hotellin; 2. Uima-allas ja huonepalveluvalikko on hintainen ja hyvin rajallinen vain muutaman vaihtoehdon. Emme välitä maksamasta hotellihintoja, mutta valikot eivät ole ruokavalio ja loppuivat syömään hotellin ulkopuolella koko ajan, paitsi aamiaista. Koska sijainti pois kaupungista, hotelli voisi tarjota yksinkertaisia esineitä kuten pizzaa pitää vieraita hotellissa. Aamiainen oli hyvä monia makeita leipomo vaihtoehtoja, mutta oli rajoitettu kuumaa ruokaa kuten munat, sausages ja bacon vain; 3. TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels.
Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.
The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it!
The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people.
Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

FFlyTorpedoHotelli on erittäin siisti ja vastaanoton henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta! Aamiainen on keskinkertainen. Pysäköinti maksaa 15 euroa päivässä, mutta läheiseltä kadulta löytyy ilmaista pysäköintitilaa.
Hotelli on noin 1,3 km:n päässä satamasta, ja sinne kulkee bussikuljetus joka tunti klo 9.30–19.00. Sinne pääsee kävellen, mutta takaisin kävellessä täytyy kiivetä mäkeä ylös.
Huoneemme on päätielle päin, ja jotkut moottoripyörät olivat erittäin meluisia.
On myös mielenkiintoista, että he veloittavat (noin 2 euroa) vesipullon täyttämisestä väittäen, että tämä auttaa ympäristöä, vaikka vesipullon voi ostaa kaupasta alle eurolla. Yövyimme eri hotellissa, ja heillä on samanlaiset käytännöt. Mielestäni tämä on rahan ansaitsemista ympäristönsuojelun nimissä. Jos kyse on todella ympäristönsuojelusta, ehdottaisin ilmaisen täytön tarjoamista.

HHayley PheifferMeillä oli upea yksi yö jäädä tänne ennen aamulla lennon seuraavana päivänä. Meitä tervehtii ystävällisimmät isännät, jotka tekivät meidät nopeasti. Todella hyvää viestintää koko ajan.
Löysimme parkkipaikan muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joka maksaa vain muutaman euron (ilmaiseksi klo 8:00) Huone oli hyvin puhdas, yksinkertainen koriste ja jääkaappi, jossa on joitakin komplimentaarisia kylmiä vettä ja kokaiini, joka oli kaunis lahjakas kosketus.
Kylpyhuone oli täydellinen tarpeidemme.

Televisio Netflix, joka tyytyi teini-ikäiselle poikallemme.
Asunto oli hämmästyttävä näkymät parvekkeelta!
Kun kysyttiin, kauniit isännät suosittelivat kaikkein hämmästyttävä pizzeria illalliselle.
Sijainti - helppo kävellä ympäri ja lähellä monia baareja ja ravintoloita. Cagliari on niin kaunis kaupunki.

LLCA23I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated.
That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the rooms and shared spaces really stood out.
We truly loved everything about this place – from the atmosphere to the people to the amenities. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!
