If you need a place to stay one night on the round trip of Iceland, from Akureyri back to Reykjavik, Laugarbakki is the choice. Hotel choices are limited. This one is probably a reasonable choice. Compared with other hotels of similar quality in other towns, this one is relatively expensive. The breakfast lacks choices, too. Great hotel if you need to stay in the north. Close to the sea, amazing sunset. The hotel himself was clean, the staff was really nice. The restaurant was good too. Classic breakfast.

El sitio estaba bien y todo limpio. Pero nos atendió una señora que decía que era la madre y no sabía inglés que la persona que lo llevaba estaba con las ovejas y vendría en 10 minutos. Nos dio a elegir habitación. Llamamos al timbre porque el WiFi no estaba operativo y no vino nadie. Al final mandé un WhatsApp y dos horas después nos mandó el WiFi correcto. Estuvimos bien, nosotros solos pero un poco de atención se habría agradecido. Sobre todo porque estuvimos esperando a que alguien apareciera

Belle découverte de cet hôtel historique de Saudarkrokur. Personnel aux petits soins pour ses invités , petit déjeuner impeccable dans une belle salle du restaurant. Notre voyage islandais en a été encore plus beau grâce à cet endroit. On y retournera.
