A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

Just okay! The room, service, breakfast worth the money. Not bad for short trip.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

The service was OK. It was clean place, Room was spacious. Breakfast is just a basic. But best is location, very near from Airport. If you have less luggage you can walk to the Airport.

Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and had a comfortable experience. The room was well maintained, the working environment was convenient, and the service was professional. The location made commuting easy, which added value to the stay.

Nice Location, near to airport. Also hotel have provided free shuttle Van to Airport, which is very convenient to those wanna travel early to airport.
